Great video, short but sweet, no external finance required, proving up local resources to create extension to Runruno, La India running by Dec 2026, YMC proving up for future reserves, every one must be happy, MTL shareprice up, can anyone be unhappy? I ask you? I wonder ;-)

Trump has used the threat of tariffs with Mexico and Canada as a way of hoovering up gold quickly back into the USA, and it’s worked, huge volumes have gone into the USA last month, as soon as the dead line arrived, he suspended the deadline for another month, and so the gold continues to rush back into the USA vaults, Trump and his son are gold bugs, Trump understands its roll in finance and he knows the countries that hold the most rule the world, the U.K. is the opposite, we haven’t got a clue, it’s been a clever strategic move on trumps part.

I doubt he will ever actually impose them, The BRICS nations are doing the same and Trump knows they are vulnerable unless they hold what’s listed in their official holdings as a minimum, a gold rush is in play.

$0.4 million FCF per day made in Runruno as we speak.

We had the money to pay the loan back at the end of January, Darren Bowden said that in the recent video, so the fact they have decided to hold onto the cash will be because of a sudden large cost purchase, it’s most likely the 2nd hand processing plant, he mentioned a deal was being put together, so I imagine it’s come through and he’s paid for it, expect an RNS saying so very soon.

The 2nd hand processing plant he mentioned was ideal for the type of mining expected at La India, and being complete to install quickly at a reduce price to new, speeds up the build and saves money, the interest is insignificant on an estimated $122 million build cost.

The long term holders of MTL have been here long enough to know the success we have been part of for the last 4 to 5 years, so it's not an issue seeing the share price move from 6p to 5p to 6p to 5p, it's just natural movement.

Some of the recent posts are transparently thin, words of danger, risk, etc, etc, are to effect confidence, I doubt it has any effect on most whether to hold, add or sell, because the MTL fundamentals speak for themselves, they are just so good, the last RNS is clear on our path for the companies future, it's from our CEO Darren Bowden, who's proven himself without a shadow of doubt, and a very recent new large investor bought huge volumes with commited buying as high as 6.75p a share.

The new MTL shares are in hands that have no attatchment to MTL, and as such we will see a little more trading than usual, but unless you want to exit, it has little bearing, I personally was happy for the recent pull back as it's when I add, and I did, it's how I expand my holding, that's because I'm invested here longer term, I'm here for dividends and a leveraged effect on the rise in gold.

I love gold, I love silver, I hold both, they are both real money, unlike paper notes, or token coins, or cypto nonesense, and MTL is a leveraged investment in the ultimate metal, if you understand the reason for the rise in gold, you can truely have confidence in holding it and stocks that mine it.

Back in Feb 2017 when MTL was producing it's very 1st quarter of gold production, when the share price was 5p and gold was $1200 per ounce, the company held a single asset Runruno, had $81 million debt suffering 8% interest, 2.07 billion shares in issue, 10 years proven gold reseves in hand and was producing 2.5k ounces of gold sales per month.

Fast forward to today, the share price is 5.6p and gold is currently $2860 per ounce, The company has 3 fully owned assets, $0 debt, 2.57 billion shares, 14.4 years proven gold reseves from Runruno and La India, with Runruno currently producing circa 7k ounces of gold sales per month.

Hopefully more accurate grammer, just some important facts of our companies situation when we made the 1st gold pour 8 years ago and how we sit today, enjoy the weekend everyone.

Selling out of an established proven gold producing company with no debts in a stable environment, profiting from an annual $120 to £140 million FCF, whilst viewing ever higher new record gold pricing……was never the most intelligent idea, it’s a gold miners dream situation, and when you have a decade or two reserves in hand in an early stage gold bull cycle, tell me why you would not want to hold? It’s as near to a no brainer as is possible in investing, its 90% certain to be a huge success, a 10% chance of a black swan event.

Just leave it alone, the biggest risk to your wealth is messing with the golden goose, let is do its thing, let the cash income do the work, a percentage of the success will end up in your pocket in good time, all you have to do is do nothing, how hard is that?

Broomtree..You and Surrey spent all day deramping, It would be nice if you had a fact or two to add to the chat about the company you are invested in, when you and Surrey are gone, you won’t be missed, trust me, go and cry with your stooge Surrey as he has crystallised about an £800k loss this week according to his facts on his holdings, it’s clear he’s been selling quicker than the long term holders could find the cash to take them off him.

As I have said, you make no difference to the outcome, and neither do I, but I will be there when the outcome comes, and if I can take your word, you won’t be.

Looks like Darren is making purchases now as they have decided to hold onto the short term loan money, wonder if he’s just laid out for the second hand processing plant? I reckon that’s a big ticket item he had to secure now.

As usual it’s always to our benefit, La India mine build is already starting, read between the lines.

2025 Q1 income based on the average price of $2750 gold less the AISC average last year of $1135 leaves $1615 FCF per ounce.

2022 Q1 and 2023 Q1 results averaged 22k ounces each year, so a conservative 21k ounce 2025 Q1 this year would create:

21000 x $1615 = $33.9 million FCF

Of course gold is now over $100 higher so you could add another $1.5 million to those numbers if gold remains in the mid $2800s for the remainder of the quarter.

The seller will run out of ammunition, it’s futile selling into a stock that mines gold in a record high priced environment, one who makes actual profits to the tune of $1700 an ounce as I write this, I can see $33k to 35k FCF this quarter based on 21k ounces, a sensible if not lower estimate for typical Q1.

As said already, being debt free it’s all going to be put rapidly into getting La India up and running, late 2026 being targeted, but mid 2026 very likely knowing Darren Bowden.
