Swingman did you read the whole thing? Its all historic, from years back related to expired options, so what's the problem? Given what the CEO / CFO achieved, I am ok that they get some rewards. Its much better than the company give them cash bonuses as their money is tied up in stock. Its not handled on the open market so literally no impact on any of us here.
I agree the option for over 10 AUD is most important here - that must be aligned with the view of where the SP will be before expiry. The board wouldn't give targets that are not achievable - why would they?
