sheltie, MTFB and IMM were tipped in 2017. I have both and non of them responded in a positive way. IMM was kept in a trading range of about 50p until Q4 when the brakes came off. The same will happen here, I think the little rally we had at Christmas as added to the frustration here. Patience as always........

Thanks Ivy. I know there is no necessity for the DMF but before any eCTD, CDER and CBER may insist on one being put together. From memory over at the other the other bio company testing Lupuzor they recognised that as a priority. Maybe I may be overthinking here as Iclaprim and what it treats is completely different. It either works or doesn't. I'm sure the company is taking guidance from the FDA in any case but in any case we are weeks away from the NDA being submitted.

Wisha, IMM have only 3 x bagged in the last 12 months. It will continue to rise (IMHO) However, I will be disappointed if MTFB only rise the same in percentage terms on the back of approval and moving into commercialisation. So far both companies seem to have safe ground breaking compounds that are desperately needed.

Ideal, they are not parasites at all. In fact quite the opposite. If the sp performs well then they don't have to sell as many shares in order to clear their debts.

kels, it really is not as simple as comparing bios 'like for like'. The enormity of finding candidates suitable for the P3 trial of Lupuzor was a great achievement. Not to mention the ground breaking research they have developed. Patience is the common factor here. A couple of big buys here yesterday showing as sells and I'm sure the same is happening again.

Not sure you can make that assumption but investors have a great opportunity to make money here. Same rhetoric here as IMM bb 6 months ago.

Norning sheltie. I have been invested in IMM for over 5years. There were many more dull days there in respect of sp reaction to news. You cannot compare like for like and the science is very much different. I don't want to ramp IMM on this site but the fundamentals are not the same. They also have other compounds in development, financing structure is different... endless reasons. MTFB are moving forward very quickly, a lot quicker than IMM and the sp will follow.

forgot to add that that is my opinion of course. Like IMM the less number of shares in free float and in the hands of institutions the more relaxed pi's should be with their investment.

Ivy, those deaths would have strengthened any resolve to get the safety right. Unfortunately that is the risk in drug development. CDER do not hand out fast track approval without considering the risks. Again, as I have posted before the US and the EU have a different protocol when approving a much needed drug. In the US the benefits have to outweigh the risk. We are further down the line now in relation to that. As an investor the risks here are not with the NDA but with the route to market and how much the company will be squeezed in achieving that.

Quite right but with an avg of 29 in IMM and 32 here I don't really care. I also don't feel the need to 're invent myself when I make embarrassing statements. Why would those deaths have any bearing on the safety of REV 1 or REV 2 several years later. If there was any safety issues then those trials would have been terminated.

Just doing some research into high yielding ftse companies. I believe the sp buy-back programme concludes in December. What are the views of holders here in relation to the sp after that. VOD are using the $2,5b from the Verizon sale. Will any cash (if any) be returned to shareholders.
