RE: Dividend20 Jan 2018 15:52
Visitor, I think the very least they can do is provide a reason if they don't issue one. I'm moving some funds from one successful investment into here. I have been here before and still follow the news and updates and have been tempted once or twice when they were sub 10p. I do prefer to invest 'on the up' rather than looking for the bottom so this fits in nicely. Also the situation in S.A. is much more aligned now to foreign investment. Lesetja Kganyago has just been elected as Chairman (Chairwoman :) of the IMF so any more labour unrest would be embarrassing.
What I do know from past experience is that the CEO is non pushy when it comes to PR and refreshing to know that the facts and figures will do the talking. After all he has no control over the metals markets. So I suppose from that aspect any announcement in relation to a dividend would certainly increase exposure to more investors. However, I would think that their competitors are already aware.
I'm still researching and getting up to speed but O/T, do you know the link between Wesizwe and SLP. Do they provide the tailings from one of their mines?
Many thanks
