I've given up on this share. Took ingenuity because that's the future. It got nicked off us at a low price because management felt FTSE wasn't right place to grow it - Management don't give a toss about share price now so why did it bother them if ingenuity was holding the rest of THG back?

I even question whether the rebrand of My Protein was done deliberately in order to bring the share price down? Luckily most of us here have an average below £1, because even if they do more underhand dealings (at £1 you should be able to wipe your face) but you have to feel sorry for anyone with an average over £1.

Only interesting thing is Qube showing 0% short. I didn't think short tracker could tell what position they had once it went below 0.5%. Has anyone got an explanation for this? Either way, it has to be good news that they've closed / reduced?

I think if this is bent and we've been played, there must be a few people looking at bird? They can't be that stupid.......can they? I have to say, it is becoming increasingly hard to come up with any other justifiable conclusion. £1.70 & whatever Apollo offered to where we are now. All declined because it significantly undervalued the company. We're now sat at sub 40p less 1 division!

Did that a couple of years ago and they dropped the SP to 90p - The whole thing is bent!

It does seem odd that Kelso went all quiet and towed the line and then they're in bed with Iain Mc. It is a massive coincidence. Almost as if MM threw Kelso a bone to keep them quiet?

Unless massive and multiple whales come in for ingenuity, they still need beauty & nutrition to be successful. I went for both shares in the end, but agree there is a massive conflict and seems governance has not got better here. Perhaps the market would have reacted differently if MM had behaved differently?

There is definitely a conflict. No way he can be involved in both companies when negotiating terms for a plc against a private company where he is major shareholder. Do we know if terms for remain changed prior to demerger or were they the same as the historical internal arrangement?
