PMH - I know it's hard seeing the sp action, but to constantly vent on here is no good. If you're that unhappy, sell up and move on, because if you feel the way you do, you must seriously consider there is worse to come for THG (so surely better to cut your losses?) Have a go at not monitoring the dailing movements?
Yorek - if he’s been ousted, why would they want him on garden leave? Also if this was the case, they would make an announcement that he’s leaving the business in 6 months, wouldn’t they? They said he’s left immediately.
Why hasn’t Vivek’s LinkedIn profile changed to reflect he doesn’t work at THG anymore? I do find this strange especially if you’ve been given the boot. The first thing you’d want to do is disassociate yourself from THG.

This is the main thing that concerns me. MM is obviously not a stupid man. Firstly he's a qualified accountant (not an easy qualification), secondly, he's built up a global company (not only had the idea but the finance / investment to make it happen). Is he trying to be a maverick / Musk? Not sure the FTSE has the liquidity to support a maverick?
Lots of chat on here saying he wants to pick the company up on the cheap. Couple of things would have to be explained (2 offers rejected without consulting shareholders way above £1.70) so I can't see that happening for this reason plus he's also got his charities, friends & staff where they hold stock well above this price.
I'm not a ramper (although I get excited at times) and I'm not a de-ramper (although I get frustrated at times). January's RNS was a major disappointment (and subsequent 30% drop in sp) and totally unnecessary when he's issued what was required, today (only to do a linkedin which basically says F YOU to everyone and undoes everything. " I didn't want to get rid of him but you want him gone", but he's still really here advising me, plus I still hate the FTSE. My God is this the action of someone who wants the sp to improve? I just don't know anymore?
I know we all have our choices, but May last year I was ready to sell all my shares here and go into Invidia - talk about sliding doors! How patient do we have to be?
We’ll be down again I guess? He can’t just release the rns. he has to moan on LinkedIn. “I didn’t want to get rid of him”, “I argued with him, but vowed to keep control of my company, only to join LSE” .
It’s, I got rid of him but didn’t want to (but guess what, he’s still in play) - now are you happy?
Just watching Bloomberg and talking about returns. Most returns can’t ever be sold. Due to nature of beauty & nutrition, we don’t suffer that. Having a teenage daughter I see the amount of deliveries for PLT and the amount she sends back is huge. Thank God we don’t suffer huge returns or we’d be in a much worse position!
It is hard when the staff get great communication and we get nothing. This was my last reply from IR in Sept ‘ 22
The Group's intention to step-up to the Premium segment of the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange remains, with timing subject to the outcome of an FCA review for reform of the listing regime expected in 2023.
