Could you please tell me what procurement process was entered into, prior to ingenuity bring taken private and who negotiated the fee (and for what term) beauty & nutrition pays for ingenuity. Is there not a massive conflict of interest with Matthew Moulding staying on at THG, with his shareholding in ingenuity - seems to be marking his own homework?

Could you also explain what assets went with ingenuity (outside of delivery) and what stayed with remain co and the reasons for the decisions taken.
