Given recent events that have happened, I actually think the re-brand was deliberately done to bring the share price down to facilitate MM taking ingenuity. Why was the share raise done whilst still part of THG - This should have been done just prior to the de merger?

I also actually think all the non exec share purchases may have been funded by MM and have all been exchanged for ingenuity shares. fund takes 8% of fever tree and the shares jump 18%. MA takes 5% - nothing!

MM has his own 'Westminster bubble' - whether it's politicians or MM, they just don't hear or want to hear what's going on anywhere else.

MA is either buying to build a position, in order to make a bid down the line, or is buying for investment, in which he will want to see results - whether that's cost cutting, increased sales or re-financing, it has to be good for us!
