You wouldn't have thought he'd screw over remain co because he needs this to be in business for his private baby to succeed! This I think is our only saving grace?

This was my understanding (but others have said you just stay with your current holding if you don't take up ingenuity) but as per usual communication is p 1 s s poor. Hl have not provided anything

Just dropped out of the ftse 100

Soon to be just 2 companies! £1bn ploughed into ingenuity now to be taken for nothing. I know we all wanted separation to obtain value, but 50% drop in sp since this was first announced plus 13% dilution because of the raise taking place before demerger - quite shocking. The one thing I held onto was MM would not stiff the shareholders - it was us against the establishment! Can't wait to get out of this now, but still unsure whether to take allocation of ingenuity. Invested in this mainly for ingenuity, so for it to be taken private is a bit of a sickener. This could stay private for ever and a day and there could be further dilution, but it could get re -listed in a couple of years?!

How come MW managed to get below 0.5% without altering the sp much?

It would be just like moulding to have held back some whale deals until ingenuity goes private!

How come, the board have attributed such a low valuation when apollo valued ingenuity at 65p a share on it's own, by Matthew Moulding's own admission?

Why was it necessary for remain co to fund ingenuity with share placing - why couldn't this have been done in the new co?

With 200m shares being cancelled, this takes us back to the level of shares before the placing. How can this be fair to shareholders who don't want to take up new co shares?

Still undecided, mainly because of the way Moulding is prepared to treat PLC shareholders (out in the open) imagine what he'd get away with in a private company! However, ingenuity was one of the main reasons for investing here, so difficult to walk away from.

My shares are held in a ISA & HL have basically said they won't hold the shares in a normal trading account for me, so I would need to look at opening with someone else. Has anyone heard back from their broker that they can hold private shares?

Because I now believe this has all been gone deliberately to crash the sp so he could do what he wanted. What would have been the problem in saying (back in September) we’re going to explore the possibility of selling ingenuity? It might have been the same result (value wise) but doubt it. - I think the market would have reacted far better to that. We weren’t even given the option of getting fair value (and we all know why). Anyway once that option had been looked at and no credible offers came forward, he could have them gone do one this route and I think people would be on board. I’m voting against out of protest

I’m not voting for it out of protest because Matthew moulding at the helm, thg sp could still fall further even with cutting ingenuity loose. Yes we all wanted separation but not at any cost. How would we know if anyone has made an approach, we just wouldn’t

Following thg circular this morning we all see Matthew moulding for what he is. Nicking ingenuity for nothing whilst leaving remain with all the debt despite remain co funding ingenuity. Absent chair to protect small investors, non existent IR team who don’t respond. Wish I’d never supported thg for 3 years.

Suggest more people do the same - what’s the harm in being blocked by him?

They're in with Macdonald & Leahy in Selkirk. Given the way this has played out, I think they're going to nick nutrition for a song because the numbers have been deliberately driven downwards & Moulding will be allowed in through the back door at a later date! This whole thing sucks

Agree, placing should have taken place after demerger and diluted ingenuity rather than remain

QIA / Balderton can't be interested because they didn't take part in the placing. Think QIA's average is circa £1.75 - They can't be happy?

Funny how JP Morgan had the target price of 49p (placing price) back in July!

Turns out the fast cash MM referred to wasn't quite as fast as him! This is the most deflated I've felt since owning this stock for 3 years.....and that's saying something!

13% OF 1.3bn would reduce the amount of shares in circulation to circa 1.13bn? Just in time for him to start gifting more away!
