Of course - now he's taken ingenuity private, it will fly! My only hope is that he needs beauty & nutrition to perform to assist ingenuity, so he will also be working on improving things there, now he's dragged the SP into the dirt in order to achieve his objective!

Is anyone else still undecided on what to do with ingenuity shares? I am. Pretty torn. Everything is telling me to get away from MM but I can't forget how this company has had £1bn poured into it!

They've told me they will automatically switch the new co shares in a trading account.

How many shares will be in the new co, roughly? If every shareholder converted 13.4% it would be circa 200,000,000

What future dilution could take place and does anyone know what size of dilution could be seen, another 200,000,000 / 400,000,000 shares?

Does anyone have a realistic opinion of what ingenuity could be worth 5 - 10 years down the line?

I have all my shares in HL ISA. If you want ingenuity shares, just specify amount you want in the box and press submit. You are automatically allowed up to 13/4% of your holding in THG. ie if you hold 100,000 shares in THG, you will automatically qualify to request 13,400 shares in ingenuity. If you did this, you would then hold 86,600 shares in remain co. You can apply for more than 13.4% of your holding but there's no guarantee you'll get more. You can also choose a smaller amount than your 13.4% allocation.

So what happens in a few years time when remain co contract is up for renewal with ingenuity? Is Matt moulding allowed to mark his own homework again and negotiate both sides of the deal. This deal stinks to high heaven!

Sure, but if this is all part of his master plan, it wouldn’t be in his best interests to land the whales before taking it private! I hate the man but I think I’m going to have to stick with it. 😣

Moulding will be all over this. This is why only 51% will be available plus the reason why Kelso has gone passive. He approached them and offered a big slice of the pie with his mate, Iain. The offer better be good otherwise I suggest a group of us go for disclosure on meetings between them.

Any business they acquire, the vendor will retain 51% ownership. Where have I heard this before?🤔

Interestingly when introducing keslo’s investments he purposefully doesn’t mention THG!

They should have gone to the market with ingenuity, but we all know why they didn't!

Criminal we won’t be able to take the losses going forward though. Ingenuity keeps that and gives us all the debt. How this is legal is beyond me!
