Could you please tell me what procurement process was entered into, prior to ingenuity bring taken private and who negotiated the fee (and for what term) beauty & nutrition pays for ingenuity. Is there not a massive conflict of interest with Matthew Moulding staying on at THG, with his shareholding in ingenuity - seems to be marking his own homework?

Could you also explain what assets went with ingenuity (outside of delivery) and what stayed with remain co and the reasons for the decisions taken

Shame Moulding didn’t want to cut capex in ingenuity whilst someone else was paying for it!

This year I’m voting them all out. People bang on here that something needs to change. Unless you vote for change nothing will happen. It’s like turkeys voting for Christmas. I’ve been a shareholder here since 2021, so it’s not like I haven’t been patient.

Moulding has created a different golden share via the contracts with ingenuity. No one will touch beauty or nutrition because of this. He's also taken what he wanted into ingenuity and left the crap / liabilities with remain co. Moulding and board have to go!

What’s his problem? Why not give investors advance notice of when results are going to be. Why does he like to spring a surprise all the time? Just seems so unprofessional- which we know he is. Why does he still have the support of the II’s?

My question has always been - why don't the big II' care about this destruction? They're mostly in at a much higher average than us. At the very least they could vote with their feet and dump their shares? To get change, you need change. MM is a busted flush, we've all given him credit along the way....oh he's played a blinder, he's gonna crush the shorts. He knows nothing and has to go!

Unfortunately, if you look at events from the time of the demerger announcement, things have been orchestrated and share price has been manipulated. I and probably many on here felt they could see the light at the end of the tunnel when the demerger was announced. The darkness soon appeared when the fund raise was announced. Since then it's gone from bad to worse and between MM & MA I think the whole group will be taken away from us for nothing.

I would welcome some sort of class action / disclosure on previous offers made which supposedly significantly undervalued the company! Any other CEO would have been ousted for this shareholder value destruction and don't get me started on the Chairman!
