It's a fair assumption that talks with google would have started before ingenuity's split from remain co. If that's the case, shouldn't this have been disclosed to shareholders?

Although I don't know many shareholders who believe THG shouldn't pass on increase whey prices onto the consumer? He makes it sound like everyone supports it! It didn't work when whey spiked last time. Not sure there's any brand loyalty
