Someone said the google deal valued ingenuity at £3 per share

It's a fair assumption that talks with google would have started before ingenuity's split from remain co. If that's the case, shouldn't this have been disclosed to shareholders?

My ingenuity shares were being held in my HL fund & share account. Just gone into it and there's nothing in there. Has this happened to anyone else?

MM said they only had about a week to decide whether to appeal or not, so should be quite simple to update!

HMRC have only a week to decide whether to take the ruling to a higher court. Potential windfall of £45m plus we continue to pay VAT. Hate the sound of him, look of him & what he stands for. Just want to get out of this now with no egg on my face - it's been a bruising 3 years!

Although I don't know many shareholders who believe THG shouldn't pass on increase whey prices onto the consumer? He makes it sound like everyone supports it! It didn't work when whey spiked last time. Not sure there's any brand loyalty
