I have never made a secret of my position here, as I feel it only fair.
I sold up for the second time at the end of June 2017.
Over the past 7 years, I have held BEM shares twice, for a combined period of almost 6 years.
I have also stated on several occasions that I would only buy in for a third time, once the concession is in place.
Even this is now becoming less attractive, as:
1. I dont expect the government to make any decision in the foreseeable future
2. The opportunity is so badly hobbled by bureaucracy, that any gains, post concession, will be, in my opinion, very modest, and certainly not worth the wait.
I try to comment on the basis of evidence, rather than wishful thinking. Of course, individual positions, holding size, paper loss / profit can cloud judgment. But to admit to an obsession with a share is a dangerous policy, IMHO.
