On what dates did a vote take place on which the Green Party vetoed a yes decision?

The simple fact is investors want a reason for the lack of decision and will latch onto anything remotely plausible. Your assertion, in my opinion is pure conjecture.

So much time has elapsed now, without either a decision on the application, or a legal challenge by the company that, in my opinion, nothing will ever change.
BEM, in it’s current incarnation will never get a decision. I also believe Kurt has written off the prospect of any decision, as he has backed off completely of late, even stating any timescale is acceptable, which, it clearly is not.
The exploration licences are worthless in the hands of BEM, as they will never be granted an exploitation licence.
They are about as useful as a bicycle is to a fish.
Kurt must, at some stage accept that, sell them for whatever premium LKAB will pay and turn his back on Sweden. The passing time has become too costly, both in monetary and reputational terms.

BEM have had the Swedish advisory board, a group of Indigenous grandees. plus a firm of lawyers for some considerable time all over this nonsense, and the government have stuck two fingers up at the company. None of Kurt’s conciliatory bridge building and thorough professionalism has reaped any reward, just cost and dilution, time after time.

Damberg is a charlatan. He said exactly the same last October, and has done nothing tangible to follow it up, except kick it down the street by announcing another investigation into how to improve / speed up the process. The process is fine. It simply needs to be applied as per the Swede’s own laws to outstanding applications. It’s all smoke and mirrors, and not a little electioneering. He should receive the same reception at the expo that May received at the police federation conference when she was Home Secretary.. incredulous and decidedly frosty.
