Kurt is a very intelligent and honourable professional. His career is being jeopardised by the swedes dirty tricks. He knows they have played dirty and have crippled the opportunity for Kallak. He has an opportunity at the AGM, in the Swede�s own back yard, to hit back. A good PR firm could engineer a situation with global exposure which could very effectively rubbish Sweden�s malpractice with regards to the application�s abuse. I would not advocate a � rent a mob � approach, but I wouldn�t rule out much else. A few influential, disgruntled Swedish investors and a very healthy attendance alongside carefully invited journalists could achieve much. Only my musings. It is interesting that KB has chosen to hold the AGM in Sweden. With 58.4% of shares now held in Sweden, maybe he believes he�ll get more leverage for a decision over there. Poor fella must be at the end of his tether. We are approaching the first anniversary of the wager I made with Suzy2 that the decision would would not be made by the end of May. Personally, I believe there is much less chance of a decision by 31/05/18 than there was by 31/05/17. How can yet another full year have been allowed to slip by without any progress?

Had the prospectus for this share included the truth about the delays, incompetence and collusion against an honourable inward investment, there would be no case for investment. Meanwhile the SP slides further. 4 weeks to summer break, and, more importantly the hustings. Any hypothetical date for a decision slipping inexorably into 2019 now, by which time the SP could be half what it is today. A decision from such a low base, even if positive might see the SP struggle to attain double figures, especially if there has been a further placement, which I see as inevitable.

Of course, I should point out, that, after the period covered by the officially announced delay, there will be a further inexplicable delay...

I think being officially notified of a potential delay is a forward step. The default position is optimism for a decision followed by a further inexplicable delay.

Kurt is a competent professional who has done all he can. Without the concession, he will be judged a failure, despite him being blameless.

In the 5 months since the cash balance statement, apart from the day to day cash burn, the expenditure and activity in Finland has accelerated rapidly. Without a decision before the election, it would, in my opinion, be prudent to begin the process of raising cash now. Of course, despite the �steadfast� stance adopted by Kurt for public consumption ( quite rightly ), privately he will be weighing up: 1. Is a decision realistically likely before the summer? 2. Should the business priority swing from Kallak to Finland, if the answer to 1. Is no?

We can pour over every word of the RNS and conclude what suits us. The sad fact is the government are saying absolutely nothing. Kurt could issue an RNS every hour, until the government wakes up, it�s just noise.

What this RNS will achieve is to increase the already astronomically high levels of fear and paranoia in the government ( in the run up to the election ) which has paralysed them for over 5 years. Whatever they decide, someone with a vote will take umbrage. To the Swedes, that is more important than growing their economy. Of course, the RNS should embarrass the government into granting the concession immediately out of shear embarrassment. But HMS embarrassment sailed out of Stockholm years ago heading for the Bermuda Triangle. Can�t say no. Won�t say yes...

Nowhere on the internet can I find a single example of a success you can put your name to. Good luck in the elections.

Only if there is a date in the government�s diary to make a decision. Unfortunately there isn't. How many years must pass before people accept that? Now well into year 6 of waiting for a decision and SP is half what it was 7 years ago, at a time when, if I can remind everyone, the company was being run by CSP, who is not a patch on Kurt, and had upset the Sami on a regular basis.we were stopped from drilling as basic admin was not completed by the company, no ANI for mineral extraction in place, no application for exploitation permit submitted, and no graphite. So, unless I am missing something obvious, BEM is on it!s arse, and now spending an increasing amount of money in Finland, another prospect, which may come to nothing, but, at best, will be years before producing a saleable product. The company has no revenue, and won�t have for years, if ever.
