Hi HBD - I seem to recall Stephen Parker stating during our PH1a trial that no news was good news. Bad news would travel very quickly and would have to be reported especially if the study had to be halted. I still think that patience is the order of the day although I do get (and share) the frustration at times - follow the news.

You are fooling nobody Culpepper with subtle attempts at negativity. So just for balance could we have your forward guidance/predictions for 2026. Anybody can carp from the sidelines and rubbish those in charge. Also, what is it that you do if you are not a BOT? Are you a broker or a brokers lackey? Do I believe all this rubbish or do I put my faith in the integrity of an individual who made Northern Star what it is today. Or do I put my faith in a bunch of disingenuous shorters and traders? Am I correct in my presumption that if 1801 demonstrates safety in trials that this would reflect on 1802 also. I’m not suggesting a short cut for 1802 but I am sure I read that the two profiles were very similar

I think they are likely to wait until their boffins give the thumbs up. Due diligence is important for the purchaser/licensee and, in particular, their own shareholders. Reputation is everything.

Don’t you just love it when the twunts arrive as a tag team in order to spread FUD. Such a poor and transparent attempt. We genuinely holders have seen lots come and go over the years so a couple more want harm us - must mean good news is in true pipeline - and they know it.

Morning SoG - good to see you back posting again. There has been quite a lot of buying compared to normal trading volumes on Sareum. It could be a forward sell or a book balancing exercise. Either way, a brake has been applied for now- It would be good to get HNWI’s subscribing at higher than sp values again also. Interesting 6 months coming up that’s for sure.

I have changed the thread title as these warrants had already been issued and have now been converted to shares. It wasn't for professional fees. It was part of an earlier subscription. There are still warrants outstanding as has already been stated, some at a higher price than the current sp. It is worth pointing out that the outstanding warrants do not have to be converted and also have a finite deadline for conversion. If not taken up then the warrants expire.

Morning - The warrants are being converted to shares and will be admitted to trading on 14th July. Sareum receive a sum of £125k in respect of the new shares at the price of 12.5p per share.

The 500k trade last night could have been the shares being forward sold - or maybe not. Either way I suspect this has acted as a brake on the sp rise. All perfectly normal transacting and Sareum £125k better off

Not much by way of selling either. Due a tick up on the bid I would guess.

From memory the HNWI’s bought at a premium to the then existing sp. The sp rose as a result. The same has just happened at Rockfire.
