Morning All, I find the latest "snippet" relating to CNS Indications very interesting and highlights the broadening of the pipeline development strategy. Maybe we haven't been marking time and a lot has taken place behind the scenes. I am intrigued by the lack of trumpeting of the CNS initiative. No rationale, no enthusiasm and no tweets from BoD. Just a very clipped statement of fact. This is highly unusual even for Sareum. The silence is deafening.

Well there must be effort going in otherwise we would not be making progress. It may be slow progress but we have cash, we have advancement and it appears we have interest. I think there is too much negativity and vitriol here and I have yet to meet investors that have worked for peanuts or for shares in lieu of salary. We have a professional board and I can assure you that other board members would resign if there was any malfeasance. They all have their personal and professional reputations to uphold not to mention criminal charges in the event of any irregular practices.

I am not an apologist for Dr. Parker or the BoD, but I would advocate allowing the current situation to unfold. There can be nothing worse than working hard in the interests of others without being able to say much and getting regularly criticised by the very people you are representing.

Decent points Ben bit I would be wary of quoting Donny-no-deal. A lot of his rhetoric and grand standing has come back to bite him on the bum. Even though Sareum may be in talks there is absolutely nothing to prevent them from engaging with others if there is no exclusitivity arrangement in place. Good science is a very strong hand.

I agree - It appears to me that the market/Investors have fallen out of love with Sareum. It must even be difficult to trade this. The only crumb of comfort currently is that the sp is as cheap as chips. Personally, I will buy more at this level and below as I believe in the scientific evidence to date and the compelling fact the large Pharmas are looking for new pipelines. I am not advocating everyone should buy as it is about risk appetite. Perversely, I rate it as a strong buy even more so now for those reasons. I am hoping to outlive Sareums progress.

Yes the RNS was very clipped and carefully worded. Nothing said that would upset the apple cart so to speak. It may explain the reason for the "pivot" in December and the more recent developmental "pivot". As I previously stated, I think the development pipeline strategy is being broadened and I would subscribe to the speculation that Sareum is being "steered". Plenty to be encouraged about here. Minimal comms set to continue although HBD and others have correctly pointed out that there is, potentially, more regulatory news outstanding.

Good point HBD - The MM's/Brokers can control the sp but, like the rest of us, they have little or no control over what is going on behind closed doors at the moment. Whether there is a disconnect between market cap and asset value/potential asset value is something that can only be decided by investors for themselves and their own portfolios.

I totally concur SOG. I am quite clear in my own mind that Sareum has not changed it's stated strategy but has, in fact, broadened the pipeline and potentially enhanced any value for future deals whether that be License or being taken over. I would readily acknowledge that the silence is frustrating but the timeline advice for the commencement of the further Tox study is still in play until Friday.

What I would add is that, for those who doubt, nothing has changed and it is worth pointing out that if there was anything amiss then that would also require a RNS - I am sure we will get to know quite soon.

For those scoffing at the idea of a NDA being in place I can assure you that total comms blackout is quite the norm as nobody would want to risk any sort of deal collapse due to unguarded communication or statements. The existence of any NDA is confidential in itself. If one is in place any breach of an NDA could undermine months of negotiations.

I have stated before (many times) that any third party will have to satisfy it's own Scientific team, BoD and shareholders so Sareum BoD will understand that also. It would suit any third party to buy time and stifle advancement in order to get best value from any potential deal. I am not stating a deal is imminent but just stating a couple of factors in play if negotiations are being held. Whatever the situation, the next RNS will, hopefully, be positive and take us further forwards.

Riceyboy is a two-bit trader who is now buying back in. Same modus operandi with other shares if you look at his posting history. It isn't just confined to Sareum. Negativity across his shareholdings so either a poor investor (which he lies about) or just a two bit trader. Same as Surfie. Look at his posting history. If they are making money, fine. Hurling insults at the BoD, other shareholders and the science is not the way to go. As for the other naysayers, they love to play the victim as soon as they are challenged by stating they are being "chased" off the chatboard. All nonsense of course, but thats just my opinion. Their attempts at driving a wedge between shareholders and the BoD is obvious. Fine to express a negative view and also fine to post an opposing view but the whining allegations of being bullied by positive posters is absolute rubbish.

If I was a cynic I would think this is "The City" bleating for Government legislative support without any further regulatory measures being imposed (a free pass and more of the same). I would be less cynical if The City sent all investors, and would be investors, a Fraud & Deception Awareness Training pack ahead of investors parting with any money.

All of the negativity is coming from Traders whilst they do their dirty deeds. All is good here no matter where they take the sp. For easy quick reference pre and post consolidation just look at the market cap and compare it to what GGP have and the cash they are generating. The rest is a simple decision for all investors whichever direction they choose. The Traders will buy back soon enough and then crow about their gains. Let them have their day - ours is coming or is already here anyway

Hi HBD - yes anything could happen as Donny-no-deal continues to create mayhem with the Global Economy, self interested peace deals and the re-writing of history. Margins will definitely be squeezed however I suspect many of the large Pharmas have deep pockets and large war chests. The way things are shaping up it won’t be long before we experience another pandemic. Interesting times ahead to say the least
