Trump and his possee are going to find out soon that they are not omnipotent- Y’all know that FG. You must try much harder in your attempt to sow doubt and to influence decisions here. Try investing in gold. The US of A wrecking ball is doing wonders for the price of gold. USofA cannot be trusted anywhere now - and guess what! World commerce will not close down, trade will take place between nations and treatments will still be required worldwide. In the meantime, ordinary people will suffer the consequences of the American “nightmare” as he and his possee dream up reasons to bully small nations.

In the meantime investors will continue to buy into Sareum, especially from Monday onwards. They will also buy into Gold. I hope your paymaster survives The downturn.

I am looking forward to Monday. I am sure that there are a lot here who will welcome this low sp on Monday if it remains at these levels. Plenty of news to come (as ever)

To highlight the current mismatch between Sareum's progress and value it is worth noting that the market cap is circa £16m

Sareum latest update sees us with £5m in the bank and 3 highly promising compounds being advanced. The cash calls and lack of PR/Comms has contributed to the decline in value but the rest has been down to "market forces" shall we say. With so much in the pipeline I feel it is only a matter of time before Sareum shareprice trend reverses.

Morning DP64. I do not see it that way at all. As professional individuals in the Scientific world they have a lot to lose. More than individuals such as ourselves and more than an average Director of a Company selling widgets. Professional reputation means a lot to them. In respecting your opinion though can I ask where you see Sareum being at the end of this year for example. If you feel there is no hope for Sareum then fine but I think we have to set aside personal emotions aside and look at what is potentially in front of us.

A decent BBC news report regarding RA came out this morning. 20 years to get to where they are which makes Sareum look a little less slow.

Like many, I was disappointed with the RNS content yesterday but the IM re-affirmed the direction of travel and the reason for slippage in timeline for 1801. the shareprice is frustrating, but Sareum is an open goal for traders/shorters etc: so it is a case of just floating with the tide unless you feel you need to take your own actions. I also remain a bit bemused by the lack of a TR-1 when the new shares were admitted to the market. More obfuscation is my guess.

So 5 weeks or so to commencement of further Tox: study, 737 will be also be back in the shop window and 1802 moving to pre-clinical at some point going forwards. I am certain I heard Tim interject at one point to confirm that Sareum are in talks. Stephen Parker also acknowledged the weak shareprice but stated he was working on a few things to change that. So what could he be working on?

So the frustration needs to be absorbed for longer but the Holy Grail is still out there and maybe getting a bit closer. I get the frustration of others here so no criticism from me . BoD doing their best IMO to get this absolutely accurate and watertight for us all. No conspiracy between BoD to shaft us all and feather their own nests. Somebody made the point yesterday that they could all be gainfully employed elsewhere and with much less stress and without personal vitriol being directed at them. Worth remembering.

Hi Celtic - my concern is lack of effective comms/pr and the slippage (for which we have now had the reason why) 737 is positive news and should add value (possibly quite quickly in relative terms). The science hasn’t failed nor has it weakened. The peer review will help going forwards also. I am disappointed at the sp but it is a shorters dream. Get through this trough and we may see better days for the sp.

Totally concur Num4 and PCS1954. Time delay and comms are the only issues as far as I can see. Clean them up and we can get back on track. Damion summed up with 3 points this morning - only point 3 works for me. I do not think SP is feathering his own nest, otherwise it would have to be a conspiracy which I don’t believe at all. Difficult time at the moment but nothing else seems wrong. The time delay is unfortunate and plays into traders hands. It will turn though. A lot has been made in recent weeks of this being a Binary play - so you either believe or you don’t. The rest then becomes easy with regards to personal decision making.
