It will be interesting to see what happens pm today. I have bought more at this level. Couldn't wait for new ISA allowance. We are definitely approaching make or break time.

After yesterdays frenetic actions it may be worth comparing Sareum with GGP. I am invested in GGP but not a cross-ramp. The reason I compare them is because GGP sp rose to 38p per share from 0.003p per share around the same time as Sareum hit 9p. Sareum has fallen dramatically as did GGP. GGP fell back to a placing price of 4.8p despite shedloads of gold. Same BoD comments emerge and allegations of corruption and manipulation abounded. The sp has recovered to 9.5p as results and progress have taken place. This morning another stunning result/RNS from GGP. My point is that it seems to be the market management of value that is suspect. I am sure that Sareum will also turn on decent results should they come. No advice intended - just an objective observation.

So have you sold then Riceyboy? Genuine question. I get the frustration and your observations are quite realistic about AIM in general. BoD's can be dodgy but they are far more regulated than AIM market makers/brokers. With all of these shenanigans going on it makes it almost impossible to track the variable market caps attributed to Sareum on a weekly basis and to then be able to compare against it's assets and potential. The spivs are definitely harvesting ahead of news and the new ISA allowance kicking in. It is little wonder that Companies large and small are upping sticks and looking to list elsewhere. Never forget that the MMs/Brokers also have Year End pressures to achieve their Company forecasts. What better way to look good other than by improving liquidity whilst reducing liabilities and values. All at the shareholders expense of course.

You need to get a grip Riceyboy! I remember you announcing your top up and now you are ranting at the BoD and calling for them to be regulated. Don't you think it is the spivs that run amok and it is they that need regulating? I certainly do and make no secret of it. And if you think it is just Sareum, think again. The AIM is as corrupt as anything and can be demonstrated right across the board. Have a look and see what other genuine investors are saying about other Companies sp. Whatever the outcome here you have to take responsibility for your decision and your own investment. For the record I do not believe Sad is a ramper at all. He is positive and posts some good informative stuff. Why would he invest if he wasn't positive? I am the same - positive about the eventual outcome. Equally, you could be labelled a deramper. Maybe you have just turned angry and negative. Two different things altogether. Anyway, back to waiting to see what the impact is tomorrow and yes... I will be buying once it settles. That isn't a ramp by the way. Just so we are clear.

No evidence of that either Potnak. My guess is that it is down to a combination of forward selling of the shares to be admitted tomorrow accompanied by others shorting on the downward momentum. Tomorrow will see the admission of the shares which may well see some buying back. It could go below the placing price for a while but who knows - I certainly don't. Seems silly for genuine investors/holders to sell out so low when news is due. The spivs are harvesting IMO.

As I have posted a few times here...when FunnyGuy posts from "somewhere outside of the UK" the Bid comes under pressure and is taken down. For somebody who purports to have 23k shares he has spent a lot of time and energy talking his (and our) investment down for very little return. Strange behaviour. The spivs are not having any of mine. Follow the news...

Yes I do - that would be a market cap of circa £260m. We have 3 products in the shop window - easy enough to work out. But that is just my opinion. I never make sp forecasts but if we don’t get at least that then something is very wrong

Probably some early profit taking going which has acted as a bit of a brake. Is there one particular MM controlling the Bid?

Warrants are exercisable at a fixed price - fixed from the date issued and exercisable at the warrant holders discretion within a stated time frame.

Sincerely hope the spivs have not been able to trigger any stop losses this morning. Shares issued don't hit the market until next Tuesday.
