Adam Davidson, CEO of Trident Royalties, discusses offtake milestones and catalysts to boost FY24. Watch the video here.
Totally agree that a plan B would have been beneficial. Going forwards 1801 validation is critical and would provide a smoother passage for 1802. The current trial is so important. All going really well at the moment which should provide us with confidence.
You are correct Potnak - personally I fully expected them to raise just after consolidation but they didn’t.
What we do know is that they didn’t raise, what we don’t know is why. There could have been a deal under negotiation (737 perhaps) and it fell through and was handed back. The rest is history. Missed opportunity for sure.
Gunner - you still don't get it do you. Nobody will invest large sums until the science is validated. We are going through that process now.
You have a Trumpesque view of Parker which is getting a bit weird.
We do not have sales figures not do we produce x number of tonnes of gold etc: etc: Sareum has no revenue and only a partial success story to date. Nobody would be able to shift the sp in this current climate and set of circumstances. The science will sell itself and that will then attract the investors, the licensees and/or buyers. If the science fails, we are all doomed with very little wriggle room.
AGM not far off though and you can vent your spleen in person and you can oust him.
I think a few of us here Potnak have bought quite a few million at 0.3p in old money. So I don't think we will ever see those lows again as it would be curtains. RF's strategy is also unclear as is the amounts they may have disposed of. They also have warrants at £1.43 in the event of news. Go with the news flow. Rebster - you make a valid point
Why the fake surprise? This was telegraphed in August. We have all had the option to sell and buy back or buy and hold. I bought more a while ago and will do the same again. For Stifl " You have to speculate to accumulate". I am quite happy buying and holding at these levels. Each to their own
Agree that we should hold them accountable Potnak and I do believe that there may be enough collective votes to call an AGM. I don’t think that any resolution would pass which is my main point. We would have to have a seismic failure for shareholders to turn
I don't disagree with a lot of what is stated but I remain bullish. The only thing I would take issue with is Potnaks comment that we have the collective numbers to make changes if necessary. I don't think we do and I, for one, back the board and have a substantial holding. Taking into account the BoD's holdings, HNWI's possibly still being on board with their holdings and also not to mention other smaller investors who feel the way that I do.
It is very easy to criticise the BoD but we do not know all of the facts or the drivers behind their decision making. Some here appear to have a personal grudge against Stephen Parker and voice it at every opportunity. Some are more rational and objective (such as Potnak).
The BoD we have are very experienced Industry players with a myriad of contacts within larger pharmas. They will also prefer to be discussing an exit strategy as well as the rest of us. It is difficult to level an allegation of incompetence given their profiles, experience and contacts. I would also question where on earth replacements can be found and what they would bring to the table that would be any different. I think we have to validate ahead of commercialisation and it is now a closely watched process. Not having a pop at anyone but just expressing my view with regards to the BoD.
Can’t come quickly enough although those of us of a certain age do not like wishing our lives away.
We could do with a bit of a tension cutter of a RNS. Japanese patent being granted is not too far away and the end of Ph1a is also not far away.
We are crying out for validation and commercialisation of the science.
Keep the faith
It is good to see Sareum move in the right direction for once but I think we still have a way to go before we can claim we have truly turned the corner. News would be good and we cannot be far away from that. RF could still act as a drag on the sp but the buying today has been consistent.
I think the networking may well be the catalyst for todays rise. Long may it continue
Judging by the steady buys, investors seem to be anticipating good news as opposed to the death spiral. A re-financing deal or a big investor will turn things in a flash here as will good news from whichever direction.
Seawolf has a point - however, looking at the website and the Therapeutic pipeline there is plenty of pertinent information in relation to SAR737 with several links and quotes.
I would also note that Sierra basically shelved it as did GSK for the latter part of its development. From a commercial perspective there is nothing to add. Scientifically, it is all there in great detail.
Glass half full or glass half empty? Mines half full.
Maybe bring Daniel - there are only circa 70m shares in total for Sareum. A lot of which are being tightly held by investors.
I am not saying that the stock is illiquid and buying small amounts is, as you state, easy. Once news hits though, the small number of shares will be in great demand (hopefully) and will rapidly become far more expensive than what they are now.
