Hi Potnak - I am pretty sure that dividends are declared/due on a particular set date. If warrants have been converted before that date then the dividend would be payable. If warrants are converted and the admission date is after the dividend declaration then the new shares would not qualify.

Personally, I don't think a special dividend is a good idea as I would much rather that Sareum keep the money as working capital and further product development. In my view it would be pointless giving a dividend and then be forced to go cap in hand to the spivs for a raise at a much lower price.

And down we go - I remain pragmatic about this as it was always going to happen at some point and many have warrants factored in. It is not a huge volume in the grand scheme of things given our recent volumes here. Some might be being forward sold to balance this weeks buys - who knows. If news drops these will be eaten up very quickly. 825k less warrants to be concerned about and money for Sareum.

Yep - All good here and the potential is quite astonishing when you consider that the market cap is under £40m. Compared to quite a few recent deals this is peanuts.

The MM's have tightened the spread - presumably on no news release yet. LSE also missed a 10k buy @ 29p at 1050hrs.

Morning Aber - I have long felt that RF sold out but who bought? I have also long felt that PH retail arm could have been buying and kept a short position running. Somebody on here posted that PH went short at 56p a long while ago. Hopefully, those sort of shenanigans we all witnessed are now being left behind.

They need to raise the bid if they want more shares from us all. Quite a wide spread and buying continuing. Unless of course, they have a stockpile of cheap shares to draw down from.

Yep - precisely my point Potnak. I am sure Hemo are in a different league but I have seen this happen so many times with a hefty correction once they run out of steam. Anyway best of luck to them and their investors but I would not want to buy in at those levels. I am quite pragmatic with regards to Sareum and it is what it is. I continue to see value here and have been adding.

Definitely being ramped to high heaven. Could do with an upbeat message from Sareum BoD.

The analogy I made yesterday with regards to footballers revving up spectators is playing out over on HEMO. Their RNS seems to be much ado about nothing but shows what regular news and ramping can achieve. Maybe it isn’t unrealistic to expect a news release here.

Yes it looks quite good from here. Good call earlier Bailiff - I see IMM down almost 15%. We may see traders or investors bailing out looking for the next significant opportunity. Sareum may well attract a few.

Potnaks points are valid although it doesn't stop a few tweets outside of the RNS process. Who knows how the BoD will approach the newsflow that is due in the coming months. I often watch footballers trying to rev up the supporters and build on the excitement which, in turn, provides confidence and motivation for the players. Think we need the same here.

Morning Bailiff - no I wasn't tempted but glad to see the rise for others - I tend to stick to 3 or 4 Companies with the intention of buying when they are unloved and then waiting it out. This has paid off handsomely for me to date but can be a very frustrating approach at times. I was tempted when IMM dropped to around 3p quite a while back but never took the plunge. I think Sareum will have its day in the sun as we did a few years back. Potnaks point is very valid and we may all have difficult decisions to make as and when the sp here starts to rise. I am sure quite a few will topslice at a decent level.

We should be getting some form of progress report in October with regards to the translational studies relating to 1802. This has been ongoing for a considerable time although I do understand that costs have to be tightly controlled when the cupboard is bare.

Oct 29 last year the update stated that proceeds from the recent subscriptions would also be used to accelerate 1802 translational studies. Since then, very little information or update. Hopefully it will come in from left field as a separate RNS or, at the very least, we should expect a progress report next month in the Chairman’s statement. I presume that if 1801 comes through with flying colours then 1802 should follow suit and very quickly. Compare scientific and manufacturing progress with the current market cap. Once we have clear and positive news these levels will be very much in the rear view mirror. DYOR and Best of luck to us all.

Best of luck Bailiff - GGP and Rock for me - lucky enough to have got in at really low price on both. Sareum is becoming safer and less risky as each week passes. I remain extremely bullish here.

Thats a bit harsh LSBM and not necessarily correct. It really depends on what any 2 parties agree to and sign up to. I am sure any Sareum data released to a third party Sareum will want to be kept confidential and equally, the other party may not want to alert other parties to their negotiations. So if both agree that it is total radio silence then thats what it is or there is a breach of confidentiality which is governed by English law. I am equally sure that we have heard from Tim Mitchell that "we continue to engage with potential partners" but no other detail.

I am not a legal expert but I have signed NDA's in the past which were extremely restrictive and secretive.

I have no Knowledge of IMM's position. Whether they are in a NDA at all or even whether both parties have agreed the release of any such "negotiations" information in writing between themselves. Happy to be enlightened but all parties sign up to NDA content and any agreement to release confidential information should either be deemed "already in the public domain" and therefore no breach has occurred, or subject of written agreement by both parties.

One thing is for sure, we are very close to a news rich period which should benefit us all.
