I'm fed up with continually having to point out to you that the advisors both financial and legal would have had to have seen the proof of funds before any announcement was made. This is not difficult to grasp, so why do you struggle?

On that basis you should write to the advisors to GEX.

They would have reviewed the documents before any announcement. As would Schlumberger.

This is pretty basic stuff. GEX can't just make things up......

For the announcement to have been made the agreements would have been signed off by the independent advisors.

Schlumberger would have also had to have signed off as they were mentioned.

This has been pointed out now on numerous occasions.

The drag on the share price is because of the fund raise required for the Central Petroleum transaction.

Prior to the announcement in January which outlined the Harlequin funding.

Please let us know what would have happened before this announcement could be made.

a) GEX had an offer on the back of a handkerchief and thought lets announce it.

b) The funding and other agreements would have had to have been signed off by the GEX legal and financial advisors.

c) Hamilton had an epiphany and thought he would make up a company which would fund his company and dupe the market.
