I met BDO last week.

They know the family behind Harlequin and audit two of their other energy companies.

They were positive about them and know the Harlequin team....

For what it is worth I found that hugely positive even without them naming the family.

I'm not sure who you came up with though.

Whilst the CHP is dilutive, the Harlequin offer is not. This balance seems to have been lost in the noise on this message board.

They have received a funding offer (subject to due diligence) to fund the well at Hussar.

The fact that this will be non dilutive to the current shareholders is huge news!

Harlequin have the following on their website.

"Harlequin has a Memorandum of Understanding with Georgina Energy PLC for the exclusive option for the off-take for all of the Helium, Hydrogen and Natural Gas produced from their two assets, based in Australia."

I'm not sure why you keep bringing up Halo?

They have a JV with no proof of funds. They've not offered to fund any wells either.

As I pointed out to you earlier this is not like flicking the switch. If you think it is you shouldn’t be invested.

This is a multi year play.

The critical points are can it be brought to market for a competitive price? Probably

GEX have in the last month added resource and got a funded party with industry experience to offer to fund a well. The background I got last night from BDO on them ensures this would not have been offered without thinking about it.

How could GEX have drilled last year without the permits? They can’t control the process with the government!

Maybe they over egged some things but the constant pile on from you adds nothing to this message board other than highlighting your lack of understanding about what you’ve invested in.

No proof of funds and a JV with a contractor who will want paying…..

A management team that moonlights in local government and doesn’t have any experience of delivery of complex projects.

Not exactly inspiring in my opinion.

From what I heard from BDO last night the group behind the funding of Harlequin are serious players.

They audit two of their energy businesses.

That in itself is huge news!

Makes you wonder why he bought any shares on that basis. If they have.

Anybody investing in oil and gas, mining, or pharmaceuticals should not look at daily share prices.

Sit on it and hold. Even pick up some more stock if you believe it to be worthwhile, or sell if you don't, but looking at this daily or weekly is a waste of time.

There is no such thing as get rich quick in any of those sectors.
