The Harlequin deal was announced on the 20th November.

That's not two months for them to complete due diligence.

I agree that things have dragged on with the company generally, but as I've said time and again, this business is slow moving.

Things take time, and companies should take their time (not waste time) to ensure that they get things right.....

There is no such thing as a quick win in oil and gas.
