Whoever the agreement is with it will be based on a number of factors, including tax etc.

I don't understand why they would have this with a company in the UK for an Australian project.

Not all companies have company numbers on their website, and that includes BP and Shell, so I'm not sure of the relevance.

There are also still a number of factors to be considered in what would be a final agreement.

I also met the BDO energy team last year. They know the family in the US, and they know Harlequin.

They are or have been auditors for their others assets.

Others have mocked this, but I don't really care as I was satisfied.

Halo haven't put any proof of funds down which Harlequin have.

Harlequin have also engaged the world's largest contractor already.

They would not have done that if there was a doubt over whether this was there or not....

I would be happy if we close out the week in the 7.50-8.50 range.

We need to start looking at what the shares are doing quarterly. Rather than hourly.

Harlequin gave notice that they will proceed with the funding of the well and other costs.

Without this notice having previously expressed interest there can be no contract…

In order to do this they would have to provide proof of funding not just to GEX but to their external advisors. If you think they are compromised then take it up with them.

Harlequin are based in the Caymans. Companies House is therefore irrelevant. They’ve also engaged the world’s largest contractor….

I'm not sure who Gali are, but Harlequin don't need Penspen as they have already engaged Schlumberger.

Schlumberger will want all of the work, so there will be no room for anyone else.

They are funding the well and infrastructure.

That means there is zero dilution for GEX shareholders!

We don't yet know the detailed terms, and no doubt Harlequin will want some of the resource, but thats just guess work at the moment.

I can't tell you what Harlequin have done as a standalone.

They have engaged Schlumberger though, who are the biggest in the world at what they do.

From memory the chairman was at BP or Total , and a mid cap, but time will tell.

Not sure what the definition is of years, but I'd say its a bit more than knowing some rich people.

I have been here for a while.

Harlequin were the original off taker on a non exclusive basis.

They then showed proof of funds to start making this exclusive.

The they offered to fund the well, and this weeks announcement was made that they will move forward with that.

Two directors left Harlequin last years and set up Halo.

They then made a different offer on a non exclusive basis.

Not sure if this is allowed but anyway.

I also went to an event with BDO's energy team last year.

They know Harlequin and the family as they audit two of their other companies.

The Chairman of Harlequin has worked for them for years.

I wasn't given the name of the family, but I was told that they are real and have done large transactions in this space as well as real estate.

Not perfect, but for me it hangs together......

There are numerous variables which can and will come into play before a dividend can be declared.

The board will want to issue one as it will mean that a number of institutions can then come in, but I wouldn't be investing just for that possibility.

It has been on the table for a while.

Yesterday was a firming up of that offer.
