The shares are incredible value at present with or without this being a shell. They are a risk averse company, so if not a shell, then there will be solid growth.
I'd imagine that the new CEO would want to get a new deal away as soon as possible. A deal of any size in the current climate would be a great Christmas present.
There is huge value to come in this company. The market cap is low for what it has and where they are going. One single larger transaction will change the whole picture.
I'm hoping that they can keep a nice deal flow of smaller West Derby type deals coming through, whilst looking at the bigger deals, which obviously take longer to complete.
I don't think that Wavertree has been handed over yet. The last RNS said that there was Practical Completion. Handover happens after that and it would have been announced.
Aside from that, hopefully there will be new announcements soon!!
The new CEO is making the right noises. He's kept a low profile until now, but seems to have a solid background at the very least. I'd like to think that someone with this background would like to look at bigger transactions and deal flow.
