Fair enough but last weeks announcement said that there was an offer on the table to fund the drilling of Hussar.

Understandably due diligence is required. Who knows how long that will take.

If thats completed and the deal is done, thats when you'll see some serious movement.....

I don't believe that there is enough liquidity in the shares.

The free float is too small.

The share price was knocked back last week, as there is a fund raise on the horizon for the Central deal.

That's my opinion.

Maybe the market don't trust the board though.

Maybe the family could have been announced.

Often they like their privacy though for good reason.

Not much we can do about that. Nor can GEX.

If you read the release from Harlequin and the RNS last week, it was quite clear what they are funding.

1. The off take for Hussar and Mt Winter

2. Subject to DD the well at Hussar.

You're clearly not much of a fraud buster if you can't even decipher information.

Winnifrith claims to be the same.

Most of his articles would shame a trainee reporter at the local newspaper.

His article on GEX last week was embarrassing. Unless the point of it was to prove that the author can't keep up with the basics.

The fact that the Harlequin deal is non dilutive to the current shareholders is a massive win.

As I said yesterday it’s been a difficult year but as and when it’s finalised it will be huge for everyone and credit where it is due should be given.

Harlequin have obviously been here for a while as they signed the off take MOU a few years ago.

Harlequin will also have already started their due diligence process on Hussar.

They seem to have the team in place with the experience to achieve what is required.

Their previous announcement also mentioned that they "have already engaged with one of the world leaders in oilfield services to start a paid study, which will focus on exploration reviews, drilling and completions, transportation of produced gases, development options and field economics."

This was before the offer to fund the well!!

It will be a negotiation as with most things in life.

I was actually replying to someone who said that it was a GEX decision even after the RNS didn’t say that.

The reality is if Harlequin can fund the well whatever that looks like that is a massive upside for GEX and any current shareholders.

By definition this will be non dilutive to the current shareholder base is a massive upside for everyone involved.

I have been critical of the the management as much as anyone but if they can bring in a party for the off take who are also looking to fund a well (whatever that looks like) then I will doff my cap as many should.

Harlequins funding comes from a major family office with generations of industry experience.

They would have looked at this before providing proof of funds.

The previous press release also talked about relationships with the banks that will help carry this forward.

Halo haven’t put any proof of funds down or offered to fund the drilling that we know of….

I’m not sure why you keep bringing them up.
