Just read their RNS, they have a production based loan arrangement, they must start production around the end of March and produce 3,600 tonnes of end product per month minimum, if they don't hit this tonnage they have interest to pay, not sure how far beyond the end of March they can be delayed before penalties trigger there too. This is from the RNS, q&a or presentations may give a more detailed picture.
Not sure of the interest in this one as it is not in Mali and not going into full production, has a tiny acreage and is not on virgin ground. They are going down our original plan of extracting other materials, or at least identifying and separating them.
They have lithium in common but not much else in common.
We have hundreds of square kilometres of virgin ground bordering another lithium mine, the current land in the mining licence alone producing our NPV figure (used for finance) plus Goldfields one of which has a buyout offer on the table.
Very different.
