If you read the Guardians coverage of it prior to the invasion follow the names and organizations all documented in official places. There are large EU reports before a country joins, if you can still get access, they make interesting reading too.

Agree Daz, plus all of the countries at that end have the same problem. There are pockets of them accross all of Africa and most of Asia too. Not many know about Mindanao or just above Vietnam, Indonesia etc. Terrorists from Syria have fled across the world and joined existing terrorist groups.

When they heard why investors invest here and not prem, they didn't like it so they kicked off, nothing else.
Considering it is the Kod board there are not likely to be a lot of PREM supporters.
Prem do just have a test plant to be built by the end of March next year, they are behind not ahead, the plant will not justify the market cap from profit therefore it has to move to a further stage to provide the returns their investors are seeking.
Until then it rides on sentiment as do a lot of shares, good for traders the likes of Prem, UKOG, NNN and others. But in cases of rising on sentiment it is last out who foots the bill when they fall again to a sensible level. Look at NNN over the last two years, a lot of losers in that chart.

At the end of the pilot if it runs to plan (and does not end) there will be an assessment of where they go from there, at that point based on the results and the market cap at that time an investor can make an informed decision if it is worth investing, before that it is just exploration with a test plant, hopefully it hits the higher figures and in latter times after repaying the loans provides income to keep off a further placing before full production begins. A pilot plant indicates an element of doubt as it must not be concrete enough to justify finance on a full plant. A full plant will require more funding from somewhere.
