We are assuming that the broker has been appointed for lithium only.
That company is big and is involved in mergers, acquisitions, finance connections and placings, probably more than that too.

We hope for 100,000 tonnes per year out of a plant with a max output of 130,000. Prem posters are expecting the maximum tonnage out of a little pilot plant. They are then forgetting the small matter of it confirming if there is a resource or not, then the tiny matter of repaying debt on whatever output it achieves, then after that ensuring it samples the ground enough to be considered useful data to support the level of finance we are negotiating at this very time for a full production plant. You are miles off our current position.
You are dillusional, you have no DFS and no proven resource.

Angle box, no agenda, just the Kod board (also lithium) kept getting some of your heavy posters on it, promoting Prem, saying it was going into production.
Clearly it is not. It is trying to prove a resource then raise finance then go into production.
No agenda just don't post lies on our board.
For the investors I hope it proves the resource justifies the finance and in a year or two you get your production plant, then you all will be in the money as lithium is forecast to stay high priced until at least 2030. Good luck.

Jaguar, Prem posters decided to go on to the KOD board telling us of a lithium mine going into production and making stupid comments.
A few of us researched this amazing mine, it turns out to be Prem a company building a test plant to try and prove a lithium resource to provide data to support finance and full production mining in the future, not a new lithium mine going into production at all.
They are still spouting the same rubbish.
In their defence a social media 'guru' that many follow has totally missed this point too and also appears unable to follow what Roach has said.

In addition Romanwolf, Prem does not have a proven resource, that is the scary bit for their investors
Still if you can find enough investors to pay more for your shares than you did by convincing them Prem is going into production then at least you may make a profit.

Romanwolf, Prem is nowhere near production financing, they have to prove the resource first, then they have our hurdles past present and future to jump through.
Anything you say is difficult for us, is ahead of Prem too.

Real talk go back through Roach's interviews instead of listening to people on the board regarding the pilot plant, he spelled it out three times, one starting let me make this perfectly clear ..
One thing about the Kod investors they do not argue with what the CEO or Steve says, they ask for links to it or where it is.

Kodak has a proven resource, it has a DFS and an NPV. Next stop full production

Prem- has no proven resource - No DFS - No NPV. Therefore not getting finance to go into production.

Prem's route is:
Pilot plant - bad result= game over

Pilot plant - successful outcome - evaluate resource - calculate NPV - if NPV is high enough seek finance then go into production

Prem is still trying to prove the resource, we are well past that stage.

Jonny, you aren't the brightest, PREM will kickstart their small pilot plant end of March if on track, if this pilot or test plant which is a better name for it doesn't prove the resource, because you do not have a proven resource now - no DFS in place, it is finished, so that is step one.
Step two if it works but the results are sketchy from various areas of the ground it will not support finance of a full plant.
If it all proves the resource then in a year or so you will be where we are now, expecting to be financed for full production but can't say for definite until we get the RNS.
Prem also has the small matter of repayment of the finance from a pilot plant which may not come up with the goods, ie can't run anywhere near full production.
Your bottom clenching moments are going to be much greater than ours.
Ours is just a boring wait.

Nothing has changed, just Bernie did not explain properly the situation.
They already have a mining licence the change is a formality -that part explained correctly.
However the work to do it was not. The theory, the plan and the financial figures were all completed before he spoke to us.
Changing the paperwork - technical drawings etc clearly was not.
The water catchment, fuel catchment and everything which could have an environmental impact was not updated.
A few of us keep banging on like stuck records, but the easy way to stop any confusion is to redesign the website.

The finance RNS is the biggie for most of us because that is the big asset jump on NAV. After that production will happen on full scale. Probably with a second plant closely following.

Romanwolf, no issue prem posters came onto here, so I read up on it, no issue with Prem whatsoever and no financial interest either, I may look at it in 2024/25.

Real talk, PREM is down 16%, it dropped 25% in two days, then went up 9%. If you run out of fingers and toes try an abacus.

We don't agree on all of them.

Those variables take time and will put you at the start of a process leading you to production the same as any company submitting a DFS for full production and waiting for finance confirmation.
There is no short cut, you are all taking the scenic route.
