I agree about the approach to the mining department, they have done that before, got a steer then done the work.
There is no doubt this is progressing.
But the scale is going to be far greater than we originally thought. He must be sure of a JV or finance as this is moving to a quick two step plan, originally it was get one plant going.
They are aiming in a short space of time for three times the production we were thinking before receiving the mining licence.

You have to read that RNS a few times after listening to Bernie's last two interviews.

Daz has covered it in a nutshell in his 100 dollar per month reply.
The CEO of Prem spells it out a thousand times and nobody is listening.
The pilot plant is to prove the resource, to provide data for the DFS.
The CEO himself is talking of extraction costs well above 600 and 800 dollars per tonne, 600 to 800 dollars per tonne being his target cost sometime down the road if it goes to production.
No mining licence just an old claims licence on a small patch of ground.
I hope the pilot plant runs to its max, spews out loads of spod and supports a DFS and you manage to get financed for production.
But you are where you are, about to run a pilot plant and then start nail biting as the results come in.
No matter how you dress it up, that is where you are at.

Roman I agree with the comment following yours.
It is nothing compared to you promoting a share on here which only has a historic claims licence on a small patch of ground, no proven lithium resource, no cost per tonne of extraction and a limited time to prove a lithium resource.
A share you insist is going into production.

The second part of the plant will take output to 330,000 tonnes per year and is built into the current design.
The broker has been placed in this RNS and their services have been written in by Kodal, take from that what you will.
He does a brilliant job of communicating verbally updates.
Bearing in mind that I have been on sites and have a natural interest in a previous life, I struggle to keep up with everything going on and interpreting all of the information given.
George is seeking a wider audience therefore he has to alter the company's communication methods to connect with that audience to close the door on those that may try and undermine him.

Roman, but you say you are ahead, going into production, what licencing agreements are in place and what area and what type of licence are they?
How much per tonne are your extraction costs?
How much are your transportation costs?
How much lithium are they estimating?
What is the cost of expanding your pilot mining area?
Trivial detail I know on the prem board, but I would like to hear your words of wisdom.

Wolframite - what licencing agreement does Prem have? What is the basis of the pilot plant licence and how many acres does it cover?
What licencing agreement do they have above that.

Epic dont be rough on them, they don't know what a mining licence, proven resource, DFS or NPV means. They think pilot is production. Must not have seen a programme pilot before.
They may learn some more terms by 2023 that they did not want to learn.

Basher, the share price has barely moved, considering this is an AIM explorer who is in possession of a mining licence and DFS with a lot of interest (according to Bernie) in the potential mine.

Dazed and confused it appears listening and reading now are not your strong points, this company majors on all types of finance, acquisitions and mergers too, it does the lot, so we have no idea what they may be involved in.

A small placing to develop and sell a Goldfield - according to Bernie there is an offer on one of them.
Assist us with a JV, assist us with a buyout - broker us a loan from the bank's they have finance arrangements with - anyone's guess.

Mali is the fourth largest gold producer in the World, mining using foreign companies is central to their economy, you would also know this if you invested here too.

I have said many times too, imagine 97km squared in the area you live, imagine all of the infrastructure required for a full production mine, plant area, roads, water into the plant, the settling ponds, encachment areas, drainage to keep water away from the area, then all of the plant and equipment needed for the job. This is bigger than the largest quarry in the UK it is massive.
The technical drawings attached to this will be mind boggling.
Nothing on this scale is fast.
It would dwarf any of the old opencast mines previously in the UK.

Elcobble, agreed, but I think that statement about two months will bite him, I took that to mean the loan is about two months income. I am not expecting ( if we take a loan and not JV) to repay the loan in two months, I reckon it could be six months or more, Kodal will want to retain cash as a cushion too. For the flow of inputs and outputs in their business once producing.

Agree 100% with elcobble.
After reading the RNS I listened back to the interviews and nothing Bernie said was incorrect.
It is the same repetitive issue with Kodal, poor website, they need a professional in.
They should release an RNS, then update every detail on the website up to that RNS every little piece of progress. Then everyone has the line from which further updates move forward from.
Hanging on to every word that someone utters is dangerous, but with the lack of anything else it what we all will do.
