Daz423, exactly there is nothing to support anything like that share price today, I completely agree.
But the first ever plot they drill has gone to a DFS and is going to finance - 97km squared amazing.
Early drilling on the other 200 km square patch in early stages is showing similar results.
Kodals most advanced Goldfield looks like it is going to maiden and they already have an offer on a Goldfield.
Most explorers do not run like this one, oilers drill, sink wells and it is normally disappointment after disappointment, mining explorers the same they hit a vein then it pitters out or, like Prem hit technical issues and have to try and quantify the lithium in other ways.
This one so far seems exceptional.
I can't remember the oil company that eventually merged into an Asian international company, but it was able to pump oil to fund further exploration and the shares rose phenomenal amounts, both with buy back and lack of dilution. Second stage production here would mean every current asset could be developed with no placings and no finance, while also producing a healthy profit - way down the road but taking shares out of circulation and no dilution upon increasing assets completely changes what is possible.

Wand and Onlyking, I am thinking the same hold on for 4-5p whenever that could be, dependent on how the first goldfield goes too, possibly even hold longer. If they sell a goldfield in the next two years we can see the impact and reset our goals.
This is a massive lithium area that they are working. 97km square in the mining licence, 300 square kilometers overall, AIM companies generally go for buying and cancelling shares over dividends at least in the early production years, which makes high share prices possible.
Pointless looking for another AIM share if this one continues to turn exploration to mining on more plots.

With the current low market capitalisation we could be pulled out by one successful goldfield if everything turned to crap, so not really concerned.
Not many AIM shares have that safety net.
But I think this will be big and after any loan is repaid from production, as with most successful AIM companies, they will start buying their own shares and cancelling them with a portion of the annual proceeds. That makes much higher share prices possible.

I can't link you to the table of spodumene production per country, if you go to the site through a search engine you should be able to see the table. If the table stays as it is when Kodal is in full flow, Kodal would make Mali the second largest producer. When next door is also producing they should be assured of second place.

PS, I forgot Ricky, with a further 200 square kilometers to add to this site, being drilled to clarify the resource on that land.
It is over half the size of the Isle of Man, off memory the isle of man is 30miles long and around 10 miles wide at the wider points. Just over half of that!

There is nothing Ricky you are making it up in your head.
Picture a piece of land 97km squared near your home, picture plans for roads, electricity, water etc in, surface water drainage out with traps for any dirt etc so it does not get into the rivers, then two areas for plant to be sited, where raw material will be brought in, tailings out, liquid from tailings to be recycled back into the plant, the fuel storage and bunding in case of leaks, human facilities, repair areas all got to be drawn up in great detail, currently being tweaked for optimization like virtually every other mine on the planet, very few go through as per the original plan. Then they are contracting for two stages, firstly 100,000 plus finished material upping to 300,000 tonne output per year, any contract of that size, the second being over 1.5 billion dollars per year is not going to be written at your local solicitor, that is going to be a global leader in mine legality.
This is massive, it is moving at pace for its size.
Buy into a little lithium mine somewhere else and it should move faster if speed is your thing.

Paris - I agree the most money for us will be if they run with it.
I got the feeling we will be involved wholly or JV as he mentioned the potential/possibility of supplying Europe later on.
I usually watch these four or five times, only got to see this once, the presenter did not practice the foreign names before starting the interview, it was a stumbling start and Bernie was almost laughing which may be why it was pulled.

100notout, I agree we went with a conservative NPV. The NPV is supposed to be all of the value, so if someone bought that patch out, it would be less than 500m (probably a chunk less)

Yes either would please me, like you say a JV would be a cheque this year, but we may give up quite a lot for it, I am mixed, a cheap loan would mean everything would be ours.
Either way the potential compounding of one event after another with no dilution from placings could propel the share price right up.
If everything goes well this could be one of those shares that everyone talks about forever.
300,000 tonnes would be over 1.5bn dollars per year. 100,000 in the first stages over 500m per year.
I wonder what value the Goldfields will reach.
