Asher, I disagree, Prem may rise on hype, but I see an almighty crash from the current share price in the future, possibly down 70 or 80%. The realisation of a test plant repaying a loan and if (hopefully) successful with results the realisation of the cost to licence the additional land, prove the resource then raise it to a production mine, plus the time taken will hit home.
Sadly reading the PREM board this is likely to be a shock to many.
Long term Kod holders on the other hand, as well as many short term holders realise we have just laid our biggest foundation stone, this is just the start as miners.

Daz, Mr 0.008 seems concerned about his Prem shares and shareholders jumping ship. If they bought into Prem anywhere near the current share price/market capitalisation then they would not be bright enough to move, so he need not worry.
120m gamble to see if there is enough lithium to justify a production plant and mining licence application. With limited time and a limited budget to do so.

Billthebank, you should not be investing in anything mining if that is your view.
Really you do not have a clue if you are comparing the two.
A scoping study, jorc and PFS define potential resource this defines potential - nothing more.
A BFS or DFS calculates whether the resource is commercially viable to support finance for FULL production.
A mining licence on all of the ground included in those calculations is given in the BFS or DFS.
Kodak has a full mining licence and our PFS has just gone BFS or DFS select your own terminology.

PREM is totally different. The ground where the claims licence is I seem to remember around 2-3 square kilometers has a small claims licence which enables them to mine that patch.
They have a wider are they can explore on a different licence. All of the ground is compromised because it has old mine workings, this means a JORC, PFS and DFS cannot be established by the standard means.
This adds additional risk.
They HAVE to go down a pilot plant route to establish the amount of lithium in the ground and if it is commercially viable.
Google lithium pilot plants, there are loads around the world, even two or three in the UK, this is exploration not production, hopefully for Prem investors they find enough lithium to support a production mine.
So Prem have to find lithium in sufficient concentrations to firstly repay the debt from production of the plant, they seem confident that they can do this off the tiny claims patch, then identify enough lithium off the wider area to support a mining licence and funding for a production plant.
If you think that is the same as our position or ahead of it you really need to read up again.

Incredibly our first lithium field is definitely a success and our first goldfield looks like it is a success, surely at least two of the others are duds? We have a brilliant commercial geologist also looking good as a CEO, the rest of the board have shown their quality too. The SP Angel representatives on the board, what a deal and perfect preparation, Steve and his input, recognising the best optimization way forward and being part of this section of the PFS. Steve's ability will become more prominent as we move through the following stages.

I am expecting the deposit RNS early next week, our mining partners I am sure will want to send a message to other explorers that they are the company to deal with and companies looking for offtakes too.

Merc agree regarding share price, if everything goes to plan this could surpass everyone on here expectations.
Not only the multiple and the other potential assets, but like I keep saying they start producing big income, dividends is not the normal aim way, it is buy back shares and dispose of them, reducing share numbers and increasing the remaining share values. Normally at least 3 aim companies per week doing it in RNS releases.

Taking a really negative view of the future, once the cash is in, even if something dire happened to the lithium we carry no risk and no loss, only losing an income we never had, but money in the bank to develop Goldfields, one of which I believe is not a long way from a valuation point.
Not a terrible fall back position - if there was an absolute disaster.
But we are not expecting one.

Hello Ronnie, I completed them on a very simple basis, knocked down the 330,000 tonne output to 300,000 tonnes, knocked down the current lithium price high 5,000s and 6,000s to 4,000 increased estimated costs from around 500 dollars per tonne to 800 dollars per tonne.
300,000 times 3,200 = 960,000,000. 39% of 960,000,000 = 374,400,000.
This is the output of DMS and flotation plant combined.

100 not out, it will only be around 374,000,000 dollars pre tax per year at second phase based on a net 3,200 dollars per tonne lithium figure (after all costs including transport) this is our 39%, and we have no debt.

Ronald, why would you want to sell? At current prices just on our share of the small (first) plant our pre tax income after all expenditure will be around 100m per year.

Ronald, the lithium prices went mental and Bernie had multiple offers on the table for lithium, so all attention and focus of the company turned to lithium.
However prior to this we had one of our Goldfields which was supposed to give a maiden value around May to August, so it was very close.
We should get a payment in the bank within 10 days of that RNS, yesterday, so that Goldfield can be progressed, assuming that Bernard has not changed plans it was his intention to monetize the first Goldfield, so we may be nearer to a Goldfield sale than lithium production.
We can afford to do this without dilution and without borrowing money.
