Bernard said a prepayment offtake, which is an upfront payment to fund stage two.

It is most likely to be Hainan.

Although we don't know if another company could move in or not.

Badomen, re phase two it will just be a bog standard pre payment offtake, large upfront payment for our share of phase two, they won't reduce our share.

That doesn't have to be Hainan but Hainan have the opportunity to match or better the offer.

Badomen, if you listen back to the last presentation and Q&A, I think Bernard was very diplomatic about what he was saying.

I think Nielle and Bougouni are his assets he is running with but he doesn't want to upset the apple cart with the mining office.

He wants the stock cash in, get that floor price, probably offload Fatou and get on with Nielle in my opinion.

I don't see Suay Chin as an issue for me, because it is selling orderly, does not impact a buy out and I would in my opinion be stupid to sell in their timeframe because of all of the other company assets.

If it blipped stupidly high loads of us would sell, but most of us don't buy with the expectations of a quick blip up sell out.

Lilpeep, certainly got the opportunity not to raise finance through massive new share releases, then consolidate shares, then release more to raise funding through shares and so on as the vast majority of AIM companies have to do.

So less dilution should equal greater returns for shareholders.

The other event I never mentioned is the second offtake and what our prepayment offers may be on our share of the second offtake, that could bump the share price up a bit.

There are some massive private investors about though, a guy on another share site said he was buying a fortune's worth and everyone laughed, sure enough in came the buys each day as he said they would and he ended up a named shareholder the same as his moniker, so those people are about.

Agree on that Badomen. The asset values will build and share price will follow, unless a big private investor or two decide to buy in, or we start getting buyout offers for the lithium.

The other thing we do not know is how far Nielle was from maiden when they slowed down work on the site, it could be as close as 8 weeks or as far as 16 to 20 weeks we were not told.

If he brought it quickly to maiden and sold that would alter the share price.

Fatou I am not sure what they will do with, Bougouni is much bigger than expected and there isn't much company diversification having both assets in one country.
