Our logistics next to a main road which runs directly towards two ports is amazing for Africa.

Fatou it depends on how long it would take to get to maiden and how much cash input is required. OK if we had a Bougouni buy out, if not I don't know about proceeding, maybe get a reasonable small cash return and move on.

Bougouni is big for us if we keep it, therefore diversification in my opinion is important.

Nielle and Fatou sorted then we can move on in my opinion.

Big multiple projects in my opinion is 18 months minimum but probably two years plus away.

Lilpeep, absolutely once that revenue filters to Kodal plc to cover management overheads, that is all we need at the start then everything from a goldmine is ours.

Lil peep, early cashflow is to repay loans, so that includes the working capital loans and Kodal plc loans which were agreed in the JV, ie the costs of taking the ground by Kodal to BFS.

The crack at the time was Suay Chin bottled it and went for an offtake later instead, they messed around too much. But looking at the money Ganfeng threw at it, they probably were right.

Badomen, I don't think there would be any further shareholder increase as a result of an offtake agreement for stage 2.

Hainan was a JV that is why they were on the board and a shareholder.

Suay Chin gave us the original offtake because at that time no lithium project would fly without an offtake guarantee. There had been some high profile flops. Suay Chin also brought with them some cash.

So different circumstances.
