Muppetguru the costs are not 650 dollars per tonne.
647 dollars per tonne is the AISC cost per tonne at 2,080 dollars average per tonne.
Included in the average figure is capital costs for reclamation, capital costs for future repairs and the tax payable on each tonne.
If for instance 4,000 dollars per tonne made that average, at 4,000 dollars per tonne the AISC may be 1,250 dollars per tonne. We have no idea without the data.
At 850 dollars per tonne it could be 400 dollars per tonne.
Which is why we need nameplate declared, some new figures produced but Bernard needs to explain them in more detail as it is very clear that the costings in this format are too complicated for investors.
That could explain a bit of the discount in share price.
