But I am in the UK like I originally wrote, even with my experience I may have believed their accountancy company. It is Mali not the UK.

Also though I am quite certain that Hainan were supposed to complete in around 4 weeks, they took around 12 weeks which was not helpful.

Reregistering assets is not a common procedure.

You must be absolutely amazing. When I have employed professionals or trade people they have given me timescales not the other way round.

Top tiger, but they are unlikely to regularly re-register assets, I have been party to hundreds. If you don't know you don't know.

But I have not reregistered mining assets in Mali, so if the accountancy company gave me a timeline, if they were convincing I may have swallowed it too.

Also when writing a legal contract how do you completely ignore the expert and make up your own timeline?

Also I've no idea, Daz, I don't think that the mining licence alteration is part of this outstanding process, I think Hainan will pay and the licence changed, both for them at Bougouni and at the same time for Leo Lithium on West Bougouni. I may be wrong but if you read the West Bougouni deal with Leo Lithium it seems to communicate that.

It communicates that is the last process.

I totally disagree, without knowing how the legal contract was worded we are in no position to comment.

If a reputable accountancy company gave them an approximate timeline it is perfectly reasonable that this would be the date placed in the contract. If the contract also stipulated extensions in monthly intervals by mutual agreement then that is perfectly reasonable too.

Two things are poor, the website, it could be much simpler with historic events and give an explanation of the current status. Simply move from current to historic as we advance.

The other is we are not asking the correct questions when given opportunity.

Which of us has asked about the offtake principles? As soon as we get to that stage, until signed it will not be discussed.

When a few of us here who have experience of reregistering assets said that takes 3 months plus here, none of us thought to ask further questions about the details of the long stop.

They would have been answered for us.

If we don't ask companies as shareholders then we don't have the definitive answer and go round in circles on these boards.
