Alwaysone, I am expecting the bags to contain lithium as you would think that they were confident of lithium on the small claims licence area. Lithium on this area is required to pay off Canmax, provide Prem with cash and fund drilling on the larger exploration area.

However it has been a while since the 200 bags were sent to the lab in Zimbabwe.

If they do not contain lithium it can only be one of two issues, this unproven new type of pilot plant or the historic data on the small claims licence is incorrect.

Hasiba, it appears that there are a raft of posters on here who are incapable of digesting what Prem's CEO continues to spell out in ever simpler terms.

Last stockbox, he makes it even simpler.

The data which normally would be used to prove, in this case lithium, is old, not admissable in a jorc to form any part of a proven resource and while they continue to try, nobody will accept any of it.

Therefore you have a pilot plant - a pilot plant is designed to prove the resource and provide data, so hopefully you know how to set up a production plant if there is sufficient resource.

The pilot plant has been working, you have 200 samples in dumpy bags, but as yet do not know if these contain lithium. To date Prem has zero lithium from Zulu.

Unfortunately, the new type of sorting mechanism in this pilot plant, rather than using one of the two proven types of plant, DMS or flotation, has taken longer to set up than anticipated.

Prem ran out of cash and they are about to sign a bail out deal with Prem.

All of this detail is in the last two interviews with George the CEO of Prem.

You are correct Raydaar, people are racing off into the clouds here with fantasies.

Firstly, taking a slightly positive view from a bad situation, if there are 200 bags of high grade spod, can Prem, do a deal elsewhere, pay back the debt and interest and then not settle for a worse contract than the one they had?

If there is absolutely no lithium in the bags and this was their best spot, do they want to continue?

Thirdly if they just sign up what is the fine print in the deal, is there a collar on the price?

First things first is there spod in the bags?

The management appear grounded here and understand exactly what they are doing with the pilot plant.

First samples prove lithium and the pilot plant will hopefully prove lithium from each of the other areas.

Definitely agree with using proven separation technology, reliability is everything in these early stages.

I thought that Zimbabwe lab would have processed those samples by now.

Waiting for the first lithium from the pilot plant. Should not be long now.

Alan, I think the definition of a lithium mine is a mine which produces lithium, I know it is a small insignificant detail to some, but to others if there is none, then it is an impressive looking hole in the ground burning cash.

Still no RNS on what is in the bags.

Meanwhile you wait to see what the new agreement small print will say. Prem would be bankrupt if Canmax pull the plug so the agreement will favour Canmax, the devil will be in the detail.

Gazza, that type of plant is designed to operate dry. The dam will most probably be for suppression and any additional plant which may reprocess mixed material to recycle back into the plant or go through a different process.

But the wet seasons in Africa bring most things to a halt, wet or dry.
