Raaydar, that is the only part which has me baffled, some mining licences are 100km squared around those figures.

Prems is 3km square and has had a fortune spent on it with tests.

I can understand having issues of getting a steady flow of lithium, I don't understand having none at all.

I would have thought they would dig in the perfect place for an instant calming result.

What is your take on that?

Oldbutnotout, Prem failed to meet the conditions of their agreement with Canmax and in addition have produced no lithium at all through the plant.

We are waiting to hear what is in 200 dumpy bags, hopefully lithium.

Canmax can demand repayment plus interest from Prem, Prem are low on cash to continue and needless to say could not pay the liability to Canmax unless a third part offered to pay it with another deal.

Any further deal Canmax does with Prem cannot be described as anything but a rescue package and everyone waits to hear how much Prem has to concede in the new agreement compared to the previous one.

SC6 in those dumpy bags and Prem would be in a stronger position in the rescue deal and potentially could interest another party.

Yes we are on a countdown to the rescue package, 13 days, so it will be interesting to see if more information is released or if everyone has to wait until the deadline.

My post just this morning states that SC6 in the bags would be positive. I disagreed with a poster that said it did not matter what was in the bags.

Shakey, unfortunately at any point, but especially a rescue package these placings are not at market value. If the current share price is maintained beyond the date of signature then the placing is likely to be between 0.4 and 0.5p.

But nerves may get the better of shareholders if nothing is signed on the last day.

Making cash - agree and also yes it is interesting as is the plant technology.

Joey, he potentially may have or go and seek another offtake partner so the combination of shares and their capital may cover the Canmax capital - we can only wait and see.

The other aspect nobody seems to know is the contract between Stark and Canmax, what happens if it is the plant which is the issue?

Can Canmax recover a percentage of their cash from Stark, the remainder from Prem?

Who knows until it all comes out in the wash.

No matter what some say on here, SC6 in those bags changes an awful lot.

So would SC4, nothing in them would not be great.

It is best to give your own thoughts instead of speaking for others.

New technology plant close to a dealer in the UK, trust me is high enough risk if your entire business and others investment relies on it. It is not like purchasing a car or TV, they impact you little and hire is available.

The further you are from the dealer and the longer and more expensive it takes to deliver parts for whatever reason, the more important it is to use proven equipment and methods.

Very basic business.

So that technology is being used you would hope for a specific purpose, which would be a shortage of sufficient water to run proven technology.

If not there ideally should be another good reason.

I think a deal will be done and lithium will be found on the small claims licence, I always did think they would dig up lithium here, the exploration ground had the question mark for me, because you never know.

Just one, amazed on such a small claim some is not already bagged and sold. Surely you would dig in the best place first?

Second, having a lot of experience of plant and machinery in business myself, what the Stark scanning technology option was selected for, it must have been because of the droughts etc, if not, then why? I have never bought or leased a piece of unproven kit, right down to the engine versions if motorised.

People have lost their entire savings etc upon purchasing new trucks with issues requiring recalls and all types of stationery and mobile plant, it is avoided wherever possible.

That amount of drilling, firstly should have created a jorc, secondly should have almost guaranteed lithium from the outset, not fiddling around with 200 dumpy bags, what happened?
