After Steve mentioned four to eight weeks at end of September, he muttered something which I did not catch, if it was 'next month' that would be this month, but the AGM was right at the end of September, which could mean end of this month or into November.

If everything is submitted and there is only this presentation to go, then it really is close.

It all depends if Steve counted his weeks properly.

He said he had a figure but was waiting for final approval. Even a small upgrade would assist his presentation, the figures would improve.

Regarding the jorc update and listening to Steve, I was not 100% certain if the jorc update was going to be added to the presentation to the mining department or not as part of the DMS to flotation figures.

Hadrian firstly the two guys are working in Mali as part of the JV, they have extensive experience in Africa - Steve was merely cracking a joke. So those guys are remaining in Mali for Hainan.

Secondly and I realise you may not mean me with the meeting interpretation, Steve's presentation was entirely based about giving you all an update, roads environment, everything bang up to date.

He also explained that the submission had to be changed, around 15.00 in the interview and when this presentation was going to be around 17.30 in the interview.

Some of the questions at the end were submitted before the meeting and had been covered in the presentation, but their answer was obviously not going to repeat the presentation.

Crumbles I read another article which confirms that 51%, but further went on to say that 48% was owned by 25 individuals.

That would be a greater reason why the share price does not peak and trough as highly as some other shares, it may after those 25 hit their target sell price.

Steve said they changed from a change over notification to a phased development notification which the mining office requested, these has been submitted, however they have to do a presentation either one or two months after the AGM date.

This gives Kodal some control and therefore able to drag it out a little if they thought it was prudent to do so.

Well Roger, we agree on something, Leo Lithium appear to have messed up big time. Hopefully for their investors they get a big fine and are able to retain their previous status and revert back to producing spodumene only.

It would be better for Kodal if they could hold off until Leo is sorted, but not if it is not resolved soon.

Hummingbird share price is also impacted and it doesn't even mine lithium.

It is a very sensitive situation with Leo Lithium because gold ore was the priority change in the new mining code as taxes were evaded moving gold ore. If the government lets Leo Lithium off the hook it would be difficult for them still to recover taxes from the gold mines using ore to evade tax. What a malarkey.
