Not sure if any of us mentioned another nice snippet from the update today.
Mooky noted that in 2019 Global Cinema Revenues of a record $43bn and had expected by 2024 that to rise to c. $60bn.
While he now expects a delay to that timeline for obvious reasons, he still expects a similar growth in the sector going forward.

The c. 14m loyalty/unlimited members I would expect almost all to renew membership and we may well see growth in these numbers as people get back to living, enjoying some great new locations and upgraded venues and enjoy a very cheap form of entertainment that's been sadly lacking in all our lives for a year now.

Back of fag packet calcs. 14m x say £15 rounded say £200m/month regardless of whether we turn up daily , once a month or not at all.
That's before any concessions purchased by us 14m :-)

EMAN has gone 110p to 152p / 156p range on the 6 month chart. Operates in the UK the same as ourselves so same capacity restrictions in the UK for now

40% rise and no retrace of any significance that I can see on the 6 month chart.

They have until November I believe to square the books and most of that will be to pay back any CICF Government loan funding.

Freedom day should lead to capacity restrictions in shops being lifted.

Darcy probably had an inkling it was coming hence the buy in.

Hopefully your timing might be about right as Rishi Sunak seems to be giving signs that 19th July will be freedom day. Hopefully then we can get the economy back to full functioning. Central to that will be banks and lending.

Surprised that the last RNS didn't cause any dramatic large spike like all the lsat times as it had good content. I think maybe everyone might have been getting fatigued at all the previous spikes with then Directors selling into them and didn't chase it higher.

In any case we sit and wait for partnership news or a sale which should then hopefully lead to a healthy return for investors.

Now lets get back to F9 having just generated $70M on its opening weekend, an extended theatrical window to 31 days, Box office CUME and Freedom Day coming up on 19th July.

Bonkers I hold shares in the CINE and like most shareholders don't like trolls. That's on any stock I hold. (Many) I remember the days on here, not that long ago, of troll challenges on IDW, shorterguy, hutters and many others and their swift and not so swift removal. I hasten to add that it was other many individuals involved not I as I filtered them and reminded others to do the same. My how times have changed and how memories lapse. That happens on almost any bulletin board I have visited so you maybe need to broaden your holdings.

All know exactly what is going on here with the sp and it's been going on for weeks since 120p and this share price has been trending contrary to the newsflow.

It reaches a point though where anyone picking up any loaned stock to try and make money hits a wall. The lender or another II then normally starts to load up at that point.

Not budging now. Successively higher and higher Box offices one after the other says confidence in cinema is fast returning. Freedom Day coming will only boost sentiment even more.

If the Box Office CUME for F9 (Cumulative audience) follows Hobbs and Shaw then we should see US domestic grosses multiply by about a factor 3 during the theatrical window and whereas we might just have been finishing the theatrical window when Black Widow came along (at 17 days) that won't be the case any more. We should be moving into a week 3 with Black Widow on top. In fact it could be 45 days for F9 in the UK. For Godzilla versus Kong it multiplied by a factor 3.19 or thereabouts. We will take our own slice of that.

$60M opening for Hobbs and Shaw turned into $174 Million domestic at the end of it's run.
