I think there is a point here which many may be missing refernce todays RNS and I actually think it might inadvertently have worked to the benefit of CINE.

When Cineworld were considering their appeal I feel certain it was posted on here that the only way that CINE could submit a valid appeal was if it was submitted on the basis that the judge had erred on Legal Points. (HNS_77 can you confirm?). That is why once the appeal was submitted by CINE, the press reports and RNS mentioned that this was on the basis of the the judge having seriously erred in her legal interpretation of "ordinary course" and in respect of "past practice" That basis for me seemed to rule out the ability of CINE to appeal on the grounds of the simply outrageous Synergies damage award chosen by the Judge - as it gets decided after the conclusion of all the law.

CPlex for me might actually have inadvertently put their foot in it and opened the door for full damages aspect to be totally re-evaluated. CPlex may be arguing for a different manner of damages assessment but doesn't this now give CINE the opportunity to fully argue its corner against synergy damages, and route they could not previously have gone down.

If they successfully argue the points on ordinary course and past practice in theory it reduces things to nil. Additionally though does it not now afford CINE the opportunity to argue its corner at reducing what if any synergy damages need to be paid. I had read somewhere also that within the appeal judges remit, they can order retrials of specific parts of the case.

Only a year to wait to find out.

My point though KTP is that you pick the quiet month of January to make your comment.

Watch how sentiment changes over the next few weeks and months and starting with The Batman.... Presales should start around Valentines day and just after Uncharted and Death on the Nile release.

Top post HNS_77. It's legal tactics but it temporarily raises the spectre of the appeal again for the trolls to cite and the market makers prey on. We know from commentary any appeal is about a year away and then thereafter if Cineworld don't pay up then commentary also suggests they (CP) will have to revert to UK courts adding again more time. Only real winners all the way are the lawyers.

You just have to trust the company to get on with delivering the strategy. Results were good, new contract thereafter, excellent new product also and they are hiring key staff to expand further. Looks like France, The US and UK right now.

Hoping to see us back to the 450p - £5.00 trading range.

Might get to see my 50p target after all, and bagged some nice percentage dividends along the way.

It's a good day sheltie in that the share price is back rising again but to be honest it was nearly £5 after its recent results, it landed a sizeable contract with an airline just after and more recently it dropped from 423p to just under 350p supposedly off overdone Ukraine concerns (and where it has to be said most others shares have almost fully recovered). Now a smart new product launch. The share price shouldn't be where it is and you would expect it has a lot further to rise.

Just extrapolating this to Banks and their customers. If Banks actually had this technology attached to their banking apps (and with appropriate consent to your email) just think of the money that could be saved and the amount of online scamming and online fraud it could prevent.

In laymans terms I see the Dt product "Antigena Endpoint" as extending network security right down to the end user / end point - the appeal being that it extends the coverage and Artifical Intelligence aspect of DT's product right out to cover those who are satellite working off laptops and tablets and those WFH (working from home).

Pretty smart product, appealing and should readily sell to both large and small organisations imho.

The Fed kept interest rates on hold until March (when many thought they were going up).

Its been rising nicely since it temporarily went sub 30p.

It's got institutions supporting and playing with the price.

Looks like some got impatient and some traders left today.

If people "invest" and then let others come along and "invest" as well then the price should in theory continue to rise.

The rest is patience as its a whopper of a gas find.
