Looks like it's been manipulated and walked down since 305p in a systematic way prior to it being scythed on the last update and since.

Adding in stages and knowing that several of causes are already remedying themselves and normalising.

Liquidity headroom of £11.5M helps.

Interesting falls on this share price from what was the 305p Joules reached in mid June to now only 60P? and despite shops opening and remaining open throughout and supplementing by internet and tv channels selling.

Yes they have encountered headwinds and thinking back to the news headlines at the time there were many that all converged at the same time, and on the run up to Xmas. Omicron hit with 10 day self isolation rules caused staff shortages, the HGV driver crisis, Processing delays at ports and stacked and backlogged shipping containers).

However, just on the quickest of comparisons with now most of those issues which were dominating the news headlines back then are either diminished or gone and no longer featuring in the news. Omicron numbers are falling and restrictions are all but lifted. The HGV driver crisis is not news any more. More people have been recruited and trained to fill the gaps of EU drivers having returned home. No news headlines either on backlogged shipping containers at ports.

Having gine back and re-read the most recent update they did point out that things are "Normalising" and in their base case still expect FY results to recover and to be "in line with previous guidance" with the expectation of making a minimum of £5M profit. Cost cutting measures will also help

Bought some to tuck away on the basis that I think things will fix (already doing so imho). Market Cap is also only £66M, and the fact that the founder Tom Joules still holds 21.84% should keep him motivated to fix things and aligned to my interest in resurrecting the share price.

Btw TJ exercised options in Sept at 222p and the CEO bought in November at 202p.

I think everybody has a fairly good inkling that KKR paid 407p for their 4 Million top up, and which cancelled out AB's 4 Mill between 450p and 490p.

Gap to fill back up, today, tomorrow, next week, next month given: Excellent results, Multi-Million pound Airline contract, Antigena Endpoint launch, New institutional buyer / confidence, Patents pending and further targeted growth...

They might have given it the appearance of dropping it for the yanks and nobody biting, but somebody was. Hold them back and publish them after close and you can take the price where you wish. Put them through in quick succession and the share price spikes. Purchase price is quite clearly above the bid and offer spread. Imho Buys but you decide for yourself. Somebody maybe following KKR's lead.

In short KKR have bided their time and let the MM's and cynics deliver the opportunity to effectively buy the 4 Million that AB sold when the share price was 450p - 495p and climbing for imho 407p. That's a good eye for a bargain given

*Targeted recruitment with many new posts and new marketing Execs for France, California and the UK.

You would think that if the Cineplex BoD pick up the contents of that FT article off their IR monitoring a bulletin board somewhere, then they might actually see how futile their lawyer spending is and that actually they do have "jeopardy" themselves in all that they are claiming for. Cannacord had put a 25% chance of success previously on Cineplex gaining any of its damages. I'd probably say that having read shazabo's posts and the pecking order that any chances of success in attaining large damages are probably considerably less than that.

It might actually bring them to their senses if they see it and move them towards the negotiating table and negotiated settlement for an amount that would seem fair and could be met. (Lesser
of the 2 Break Fees + transaction costs in Canadian dollars at most for me.)

Their counterclaims are simply the old ones rehashed again and have become more pie in the sky with the latest one thinking CINE gained a benefit from not completing the deal in the reduction of their share price (Was it $1.1Billion). For me that would only be applicable if they actually now re-engaged to buy CPlex again at its now share price (Nil chance). It just takes things from the sublime to the ridiculous. Even moreso when off my own interpretation it seemed clear there were talks in the middle to try and revise things.

44p / 45p before everyone thought Russia was going to invade Ukraine. To date an event that hasn't happened and I think its doubtful to happen on the basis of the Winter Olympics and not wishing to upset China. Ina nay case CINE have no cinemas in either country.

I find it highly interesting that on the 12th January Angela Bacares sold 0.676% or roughly 4 Million shares in DARK at prices between 450p and 495p (Check Candlesticks for 11th Jan the day before)

Now we find out that KKR have increased their stake in DARK by approximately 0.67% or 4 million shares at around 407p

So KKR get their 0.67% increase at between a 10% to 20% discount (say 15%) thanks to AB's sale and thanks to MM's and market sentiment.

The volume doesn't match the fall in price so it doesn't look like "inevitable profit taking". More like the market makers looking to pick up stock. Too much business the last 2 days at 4.07p and above imho. Nice top up opportunty, off:

A company that is just keeping its head down, delivering and doing all the right things.

They have been doing a good job of mopping up anything that has presented itself in the 6's.
