Remember we hit 39p on just JPL verdict, since walked down by MMs over 80% with zero bad news....now we have a JPL report approved by the courts and refinance agreed to be signed by 13th March.

Any risk of Liquidation is now virtually dashed with JPL report, so we are now in a significantly healthier position than when the JPL was announced. So can’t see how this can stay at these levels anymore it’s untennable!

Don’t think so, they have proved they can refinance and as part of the sale plan must have this agreed on principle. This extension is to give them time to get this signed off...so it should be done anytime between now 13th!

...and the most positive news is that the courts have accepted the JPL refinance plan and granted a short extension to secure the signed term sheet for the refinance. Well done to all parties including the JPLs.

Restructure plan done just as I said yesterday, confirms what we knew the restructure is viable and now achievable!

Secondly, now they’ve mentioned refinancing transaction and to be SIGNED by 13th March. This means RBL I’m assuming!

Also they’ve mentioned term sheet to be signed by 13th Match so it’s all happening behind the scenes!

Nope, read the RNSs. The JPL report was required to be completed and presented to the courts by the 5th Feb, and not after. With no RNS pre 5th, it is safe to assume the presentation to the courts went ahead yesterday so we should have an RNS on the outcome.
