Expecting bumper news, no news so far means it’s hopefully good news this week. Hopefully CEO will now show his metal!

Probably a grey area, but MMs are clearly pulling all stops to mess with the SP. Don’t understand how they can manipulate a main market share like this. Maybe wrong, but seriously think they’re doing this to get their hands on as many as they can, due do the tiny free float. Otherwise, can anyone justify these daily 10-20% drops on tiny little sells..and with zero bad news?

Remember these guys don’t tarnish their hugh reputations by just walking into a company without knowing exactly what they are dealing with. Time will tell but by feeling is he’s already started and believes he can strike a deal for Iclaprim. Antibiotics are a hot potato even more so at the moment, so any decent pharma in this field would be interested one would think..

Hasiba, just going back to out debates last year when this was over 2p mark....it’s just unreal and unbelievable when you think back! Can you believe this was 40p just 1 year ago on merit?

I agree the wording is crap but for disposal they needed to appoint an Independent Director first...so they were never going to achieve a sale without one. It looks like a leaving shot from CEO to cover his own back before his next venture!

This will involve the sale, wind-down or divestment of all or substantially all of the Company's existing business, assets and investments. This represents a fundamental change of business and upon an independent director and officer being appointed for the completion of the wind-down or disposal of Motif Inc., the Company will be classified as an AIM Rule 15 cash shell. A further announcement confirming the appointment of an independent director and officer to implement the completion of the wind-down or disposal or Motif Inc. will be made in due course.’

Point is there was nothing we did not know about and there are things in today’s RNS that they are moving forward with the sale ie Exec appointments and Hercules immediate execution...so why such a hugh drop based on that RNS?

Correction on Hercules

- The terms of the Hercules Agreement are effective immediately, except for provisions of a release that relate to the pledge of Motif Bio's interest in Motif Inc. which will become effective no later than 10 May 2020, being approximately 100 days after Hercules's security interest in all of the intellectual property of Motif Inc. is perfected, provided that no voluntary or involuntary bankruptcy filing has occurred with respect to Motif Bio or Motif Inc.

Also another positive is that Hercules are still here and are showing confidence with their immediate execution! Not saying all rosy but a lot of positive shoots in today’s RNS for holders.

John Palmer of Tamarack Associates is being appointed as sole Executive Officer of Motif Inc. and Bernadette Barron of Barron Business Consultants is being appointed as the sole, independent non-executive officer of Motif Inc. Concurrent with these appointments, Graham Lumsden, Jonathan Gold, and David Huang have resigned as officers of Motif Inc. and Graham Lumsden has resigned as director of Motif Inc.

Still don’t quite understand the hugh drop today? Previous RNS stated all this, but they only got new execs in now, then CEO leaving also. I personally see this as good news as finally they’ve appointed these execs to execute the sell of Iclaprim...am

MMs appear to be playing some classic games on this stock. When you think about it zero bad news since JPL news when this hit 39p, we have just had clarification and non regulated RNS from JPLs kind of introducing themselves. MMs have literally walked this down for expected news next week...reason tiny free float and they’re trying to flush every ounce out of any sellers as they can!

They are some big holders here, we have had zero TR-1s, so I think this explains it. So MMs have literally dropped this 80% on zero news...and this they’ve done this to a fully listed LSE stock!

It’s actually unbelievable how far this has dropped in 12 months 40p - 0.15....

Randeep must start delivering now...he has already told us JPL outcome was extremely positive and gives him the time needed to restructure, the RBL must surely now be close to conclusion, so must be asset sale as this process stated over a year ago...it must be said time has come to start delivering?

This has to be the turning point for this company...!

To me years of investing....this has to be one of the worst stock I have have ever seen! Had it all crap bod, MM manipulation of share price, incorrect printing of share price, hugh spread in SP bid/offer, extremely difficult to get live quotes, delays trades etc!

This is what I’ve been waiting to hear for a long time...the CEO has been destroying the company from 40p to 0.1p - what an achievement!
