Yes isn’t it...these reasons why you are able to buy these shares at these ridiculously basement prices. A full listed LSE O&G company with assets value over £1bn quids with only 300m debt, and working with hugh partners like Petrochina...if it wasn’t for these delays we would be trading in the £1s...! High Risk vs hugh reward...

But remember G3E asked and wanted JPL as they felt they already have a strategy and a plan to restructure:
1) RBL Loan
2) Asset Sale
3 ) Hong Listing of GDG
With JPL they are able to get on with this obviously under the watchful eyes of the JPLs. Let’s see but they got what they wanted so highly likely they will deliver. Gla

If that’s the case, then it’s excellent news and very positive! This is because they would only get an extension if they can prove they have a cunning and viable restructure plan...but just need a little more time to fine tune the details before presenting it!

Hopefully not long now...these mini sellers and MMs using it to drop SP. Can’t for the right news to land...these sellers will end up paying hugh premium to get back in.

Why not...drug has gone through all pre-clinical and Phase 1 & 2 trials successfully. It’s only needs to do specific elements of the Phase 3 trial as explicitly stated in the FDA minutes and then this make hugh profits for the potential buyer. The world needs this drug..simple as!

Can’t disagree, just look at how much many millions have already been invested to get this drug this far...there is a hugh unmet need..so it’s win-win for the buyer. It will have to be Hercules who broker the deal...

Hate the BoD..but have to agree Iclaprim is worth at least x10 if not a lot more. So one way or another this drug will be bought...imagine how many millions the potential buyer will save in trials!

Unreal the lack of interest here considering impending news here..one thing is clear it’s oversold now as all weak holders flushed out...

The JPL is what the company wanted and successfully secured it..so excellent news. But this had a lot of short terms traders in so it was sell on news. Company has many streams to pay of BH which is probably what they successfully argued (Sale of assets/impending RBL/Hong Kong Listing). So all good, JPL have to report to court on 5th Feb with a proposal / plan of restructure.

As CEO has already told us JPL will allow company to restructure, so its odds on to be successful. This is an excellent buy if you believe...rose to 39p on just JPL news so where this would go on restructure news!

Some very big shareholders here and they are in at very high prices here...over 95% privately held. Not long now just 2 weeks to court date.
