Anybody know the cayman courts schedule is for today ?

Most definitely, it’s safe to assume a report containing a restructure plan is with the courts today.

So just to recap asset value around $1.4Bn. GDG RDL / asset sale to first pay around US$270m debt owed to G3E, and thereafter to the shareholders via the Dividend in Specie.

G3E intend to then use c.US$150m of those receipts to settle its outstanding debt including Nordic Bond holders and Convertible Bond holders. Leaving excess c$120m to be used for working capital and development...

Interesting day ahead, highly likely we will wake up to an RNS...and at these prices, umm taken down my MMs about 80% yes 80% since JPL news! Is there much to lose?

Wouldn’t worry too much about single sells, it could easily have been someone who accidentally bought. 5th Feb is tomorrow so we will see action tomorrow..it’s the calm before the storm hopefully!

It’s baffling and unjust! With zero bad new, zero sell downs, zero major sells, so how on earth can they take this down around 80%...by drop drop on piddly sells. Going on for near 6 weeks now!
