You will see a lot of claims by other pharma’s, but the proof is in the pudding! NCYT are experts in this field, and already miles ahead of everybody else..

You’re missing the point...they are minnows not SHELL. CEO has lost all credibility. Placing at near 80% discount from recent week high. No one really believes CEO to drill Peru this year. No real plan or dates proposed.

Enough reasons their why Tranche 2 MUST not be allowed until we have a concrete plan...and Tranche 1 is sufficient working capital to do this first!

No real plan, and then all of a sudden deciding to go it alone with this placing, doesn’t feel right and very unprofessional. Would not be surprised if they spend tranche 2 on others and come back for more nearer the time of drill in later this year. What more evidence to people need of this CEO... or rejecting TRANCHE 2 would be like a handing a blank cheque to someone with no plan and credibility! At best CEO needs to come back with a solid plan and timescales OR JV before Tranche 2 is proposed again...!

They won’t be able to drill themselves, they need a JV partner also this would significantly de-risk the drill and bring in expertise. BOIL not capable of doing this alone, no matter what the CEO says..it’s no rocket science!
