My english is not the best, so not sure how to understand and appreciate the DHSC processing labs and the link to ncyt. Is it one project between ncyt and DHSC, or is there two different projects, on one side one with DHSC, and on another side another project with ncyt.

Directors need to go so that the next one needs another 6 months to make a plan? Then yes it will go to 1£

Under the proposal, the regulation's 2-year transitional phase would be extended by 1 to 3 years, with the transitional period extending to May 2027 for the lowest risk devices, giving test makers more time to get their products certified and allowing for more notified bodies to come online before the regulation takes effect.

Specifically, the transition period for high-risk class D devices would be extended to May 2025, while moderate-risk class C devices will have until May 2026 to undergo a conformity assessment for the first time. Class B and class A sterile diagnostics would have until May 2027.

I think this change in régulation has been delayed to 2025-2028 if i remember well.

Looking At job adverts on novacyt careers website - not an exact science ^^ - they also seem to work on CE markings from ruo products.

Atm we have many tests, more than 500, but only a small portion are ce marked.
Targeting the most interesting ones and making them CE is a good move.

Just got an answer from IR.

They Were not formaly informed by Vatel about the decrease of their position, but from the 2021 agm, they know they are under 3%.

That explains the paragraph with rule 17 i shared at the start of the topic, and the absence of rns.
And so, imo, unlikely that biosynex got their shares from them.
