Wbac, i don't think all should be dissmissed. GM surely did some great things At his Time, and surely he didnt targeted only New tests that would not make money.
And from what i Saw, ncyt still is interested in sepsis.
Do they work on a test ? Not sure, but high probable imo.

Sepsis has 100-150k cases per yer.
30-40k deaths per year.
That's for UK only.
From my ten min research on it this am, it doesnt seem to exists tons of tests for it. Pcr At least.
For non pcr tests, they Can take a while. Culture etc...
Correct me if wrong.
So it is again, imo, probable that developping such a test could be interesting.
And even more as sepsis seem to be a topic for UKHSA.
