Nothing wrong with Mobico, something wrong with M&G. Important to understand they are selling at this point and who is buying?🤔🤔🤔🤔

M&G sold 27.15% of his stake in Mobico. Ignis investment service and JP Morgan securities increased almost all of the selling. 🧐 I did check and found M&G last year revenue was around 6B and operating loss was more than 2B. I think continue poor performance of M&G trigger this situation. Big sharks on cash eating tiered fish. That’s how everything works. Mobico is not a charity company which will provide free service or at loss. We might go down but eventually this share will climb as it still worth more than £2.DYOR

There is no reason to panic keep it 1-2 years and everyone will get their target. RR , IAG will come down? Simply No. Be patience.

I also sent an email telling them BOD’s conduct prejudice to the interest of shareholders. Mentioned we can find the news baby born in National express buss but cannot find the mass of Saudi contract😀. Despite the fact I have full confidence on the company’s ability to perform well.

What a joke, almost one year ago MCG offered to buy stagecoach for 595M. More than its current value. Still No news regarding Saudia contract. BOD is only hiding good news. Why? Is Million Dollar question.

I have no doubt this stock was being manipulated. And can’t rule out insiders . No doubt last FY result and now half year results is showing that something is cooking. They are trough Sp and results frustrating shareholders. Revenue is what you cannot manipulate but as far as operating profit is concerned there are hundreds way to manipulate. Financial time is telling Mobico ( now I understand name change) is growing rapidly. In just couple of years I have no doubt this share can cross £5. Key is revenue rest will follow include reductions in gearing. Also Remember new contract ROCE 28%.

Does anyone has information when Mobico entered into Saudi Arabia market. I read on slide they have presence there. Does anyone else note ?

I have no doubt that this stock is being manipulated. What I can’t understand is that how other interested parties/ board can allow this. From div to earnings from profit margin to debt management everything is inline hence no impact on share price. I believe if a news turn up regarding 100% surge in profits it will stay here. So either sell and invest somewhere else or sit on dividend income which I hope will be distributed twice from h2.
